Russians are mostly hit or miss in BKK now due to the current political issues however you still can. I usually stay in Grace. Bro who like to monger in East Delhi and Noida are advised to be careful and according to me avoid these easily detectable mall based brothels and stick to standone spas like SnM and Tuscany even if you have to travel.
