I have seen many posts in Gurgaon subreddit about openly mentioning about spas in Gurgaon.
And asking for other folks to join them for a visit. Although mods might remove these posts because after.
Sometime as these posts disappears. I have not seen someone mentioning spa name but asking people to.

Bro this is the first time I am hearing from someone that the account can get freeze. You only have to make payment for 30 $ (including transfer fee).
