This is my mode of operation exactly- but I will say in defense of the big spenders (as we are trying to be non-judgmental and avoid Price Shaming) - it makes sense for a man with deep pockets who exclusively wants the 8+ to come in and pay the Premium at the GoGo. If that's what he wants and can afford it- then there really is no issue in using the money to cut down time on sorting the options. Some people (not myself) also enjoy the atmosphere and circus like party ambience of the GoGo club and will pay premium for this experience as well. But make no mistake, it is the Premium experience and everything that implies.

I'm here 10 weeks or so and like to have sex twice a day so I do things different, let's call it Premium Economy.

I have no problem with the big spenders, to each their own. Personally, I'm a value driven man when it comes to all aspects of life and so I like to find the sweet spot for quality and value. Most of us coming from the west can be big spenders whilst in Pattaya if we really wanted, but it doesn't appeal to me. Furthermore, like yourself, I travel for months at a time and therefore don't live the two week millionaire life that most Pattaya mongers do.

The great thing about Pattaya is you can spend as little or as much as you want on food, accommodations and women; I tend to fall in the middle range of what I spend.

Soi6 is busier the weekends, that's probably why you've seen a good selection yesterday.

During the week days the selection is not as good.

And I don't think they will lower their prices in the next few weeks, they tend to be picky (at least the good looking ones) and are far from being desperate to lower their price tags.

I think we need to get a little deeper into low season before the price of ass drops. At some point in June or July that should come to fruition.

I've stayer at at least ten different hotels in Pattaya over the years and keep tabs on how much they are on Agoda every month. In the last week I've noticed a significant price drop which is a good sign for those of you currently out there and I think by July we'll see another ten percent plus drop.

The dollar is also starting to gain strength again against the Baht and I could see that peak point of strength this summer and early fall just as it was last year.

August to September is looking like the sweet spot for me for visiting Thailand.

The market is currently screwed up. Too many bars opened at the tail end of High Season, all employing bargirls who missed most of High Season. Now these bars are suffering and the ladies are bored and poor.

Get a sponsor who demands they leave Pattaya (and checks).

Marry a Thai man with money.

Watching footage on YT of Beach Road it looks like there are a ton of FLers on Beach Road these days and some of them look half decent and appear to quote 1 k Baht. Can any boots on the ground confirm the Beach Road situation.

I had seen a news story recently that police were attempting cutting down on FLers on Beach Road, but all seems to be busy per YT videos.

I can confirm BR is busy from about 18:00 on. Sometimes there is some quality in there but mostly not for me.

Good choice of girls even at such an early hour. I walked up to a girl who reponded to my gaze at Roxy Bar. It took some repeating for my penny to drop on what she was on about, not only because I'm especially hard of hearing in a noisy environment, but because I was not accustomed to having girls haggle over price upfront at Soi 6: she was ok to go upstairs but she wanted 1500 for herself. This must have been my very first time paying a girl 1500 instead of 1000 at Soi 6. If this the new normal at soi 6 for girls who tick my boxes, so be it.

There's a girl that I come and meet quite often in that bar these last weeks, I've spent some time in the bar and think they have a good selection of girls compared to other bars on soi6.

Many customers come in, have a drink with the cuties and leave empty handed. I've never seen the good lookers going upstairs with a guy.

The bar can be busy at times with so many guys pulling the horn, there is no incentive for these girls to go upstairs.

1500 is already the norm it seems, most of the girls I've talked to started at that price, one even wouldn't consider anything below 2 k.
