I stayed in Hotel Lexus in Miraflores, it's guest friendly. I found a few airbnbs in Miraflores that were guest friendly as well when I was searching.

That video was shot at three different places in the "North Cone" of Lima.

The first part is the red zone in Av. Tomas Valle between the Tomas Valle Circle (under the Pan-American Highway North) and Av. Tupac Amaru, in the district of Independencia. The nightclub scenes were shot at "La Miel", a brothel located at 149 LOS Taladros in the district of Comas. The commercial fair (minutes 7:15 to 8:19) and the street market (minute 8:19 and on) are at Av. Izaguirre where it crosses under the Pan-American Highway North in the district of LOS Olivos.

It must be said, however, that "La Miel" is a small low-level joint. Some 50 yards down the same street, at 193 LOS Taladros, is "La Colmena VIP"; a much bigger discotheque / brothel with a lot more, younger and better-looking girls. Of course you can visit both places, compare and, hopefully, report at the forum.

First off, Lima is a city in Peru. As with most nations, standards of service tend to apply to all locations in a distinct nation. Arequipa is no different than Lima in that respect. Yes, I've used Photokines in Peru with no issues. I've been to apartments and to a short time hotel for my adventures in Lima and Arequipa. Of course they charge more to come to you. It's extra time traveling in a very large city with predictable traffic problems. Why would you be skeptical about going to a girl's apartment? It's all part of the hobby all around the world.

Standard fee for "taxi" is 20 soles if the girl is close by, like in Lince, or up to 50 soles if the girl is far away, like in LOS Olivos or San Juan de Lurigancho. ALso the "taxi" fee is higher if you are in Miraflores, Barranco or San Isidro, since that tags you as "rich".
