How does the landlord know the key has been duplicated? If two live in the same flat it's pretty normal each one has a key. Landlord can deliver two sets of keys and if one is missing at the end of the contract he can keep the deposit to pay for a new lock. He'd put a clause in the rental agreement.

Usually it is only 1 person's name on the rental agreement, hence one key. One person gets the place then friends start to move in. June 2022 was very slow due to Covid. It's slow now, but only compared to High Season.

Also, not many ladies in Pattaya last year, now it's flooded.

Last nights the music volume of the various bars was pretty low, especially in pothole.

The usual suspects were crowded as usual.

Lengkee at midnight had few places still open, more towards buakhow.

LK METRO and Diana bars were pumping music as if no tomorrow. Some busy, some zero.

The heat probably prevents people to travel to here, although flights are pretty much full.
