On Thai friendly, if you set up an account, you can search by height. I had one girl who was like 4'6" the last time I was in Pattaya. I was in pattaya for 3 months in 2021 during the pandemic and I really enjoyed doing the TF thing. There weren't many other options at the time and I liked the privacy of the experience.
