Many thanks for sharing your thoughts and a bit of FR on Shanti. I have not met her but the ambiance plays a big part in the chicks involvement alongside the guy's appearance and behavior. The idea to share this here is that guys there are a lot of discoveries to me made. I invested my time, money, effort and put in a lot to groom myself. I visit Delhi twice in a year. The abstract details mentioned in the post is absolutely true. I have found enough girls who are doing pretty well in their career but because of heart break or to spend some stress free time they tend to meet new people. They wait and watch and then filters out the desperate ones. They will bait you with social meets first and wait to sense your desperation. Please allow me to share my experience here with you and everyone else. First and foremost, it is not a major thing at your age and is easily reversible. I have personally gone through this shit 5 years ago and it is a mindset issue before the actual physical ailment takes over. You are doing all the right things by doing what needs to be done.

Kegal exercises will take approximately 3 months to and you have to be consistent with them, 5 days a week. Just like any other body workout. Weight reduction is necessary if you are over weight.

Also, visit a good Endocrinologist in your part of city. I would have recommended 2 or 3 good ones in South Delhi to you. No rocket science, he will get your blood and urine tested, all normal routine tests and your Testosterone levels checked. Post that, if needed will put you on mild pills. I am repeating, if needed otherwise you will be fine with what you are doing. I go through all these tests every 6 months just to keep myself fit and healthy.

You will be fine and hard as always you have been.

Now, coming to Dev's article, it is well written and intended. I have also been getting lots of PM / DM with read receipts, absolutely no courtesy of introducing oneself, getting straight to the point and I state here demanding not requesting for a contact.
