I'll be in Pattaya in less than two months and I think my trip and experience will be very similar to yours.

I also have a week long stay at a nice hotel utilizing points which will essentially make my daily ST session free. At least that's how I'm looking at it.

If the current trend continues, the Koreans could make Pattaya worthless for you. I am seeing signs that the process is having an effect. There is one bar on Sai Sam where Farangs are not welcome.

Also, the Koreans are moving beyond Walking Street and Soi 6 to Soi Chaiyapoon.

As for Thai boyfriends, the significance is for those losers who fall in love with a bargirl, hand her huge amounts of cash, and then wonder why she doesn't love him. Don't be one of those guys.

My new squirter lady sends me a "good morning " message every day at 07.00. Because she has to wake up at 5 am to take her boyfriend to work.

T Jomtien. Worth it or not? ?

If you are a Soy6 and Beach Road and high energy club monger l- I would say Pass. Jomtien is laid back, and quiet with more older crowd and not much in your face exhibition. If you have a nice lady and want to take her "out" maybe Jomtien is nice. But I always find myself back in Pattaya. Pass on Jomtien. That's my two cents.

Thoughts on the above? Have an upcoming 10 day trip to Thailand. Have to do 4 nights in BKK for business (and pleasure! 6 nights in or around Pattaya (which I've been to many times). Never spend any real time in Jomtien. Worth it or not? One night? Two? Best place for mongering in Jomtien? Would appreciate any guidance. I'm pretty familiar with Pattaya, know most of the Agogos and Gents clubs well, but really no idea about Jomtien and would be grateful for some thoughts on whether its worth going, and in particular, should I bother to stay in a hotel there or just get a cab from central Pattaya and back?

I had a 35 yr old lady come over tonight, but she was drunk and hungover, so I sent her home.

Sounds like you hit the "sweet spot" in more ways than one. I'll admit the one of the benefits of having a fair bit of "life experience" is that I have discovered my personal sweet spot for companions is about 28-35 ish.

We all have our personal sweet spots. For me, it under 30 for ST but over 40 for vacation girlfriend (1 to 5 weeks). I seldom do LT, though I did about 7 of them in March.

Just finished off a great 7 days in pattaya and 2 in Bangkok. LAst trip was a year ago.

Been following the forum. And other than explorers "she sucked my balls and we drank" posts (I'm still not as literary skilled as he is) , was expecting a low in pattaya. IT STILL ROCKS.

Between soi 6 , beach road and walking street = enough latent to have a diff girl every night. (some repeated).

Beach roads. Good variety. Short fat thin tall lady ladyboy. Summin for everyone. Loved the density. Compared to BKK around thermae. ID say 1: 10 ratio in choice.

TF: good variety and selection again. But quoting higher prices but settling for less.

Prices on average paid 1000 bht for ST. About 2 paid 1500. But asking was as high as 3000 to start.

Just got back from LOS.

A I personally find ThaiFriendly to be excellent hunting grounds. But, I'm not looking for an 18-25 yo girl. I want a 30-40 yo girl who knows what she's doing, knows she has to earn her keep, has decent English skills, and is willing to spoil me outrageously 25/7. Careful pre-trip screening and communication are key. If they aren't willing to invest some time before you even arrive, they aren't the right gal.
Private villa with pool? $75/ day for my half (travelled with a wingman).

Result. The most enjoyable and relaxing holiday I have ever had.

The can still look well put together and are very appreciative to have someone treat them well. They also know for the most part what it means to be a lady when a gentleman shows his interest. I am not adverse to make up and when they know what they are doing it can be remarkable, plus for the most part when they are face down in the pillow the view is pretty consistent in my experience. The other part is I find is easier to make conversation with someone who has lived past 25, again with a few few exceptions. I don't deny that seeing a 21 yr old hard body with a face to match still moves the needle, but I have found the maintenance to be more than I am willing to deal with. I made my first trip to Pattaya a couple of weeks ago and will return in a month. TF was a good resource, but I was surprised at the number of ladies that were only interested in ST deals. I did find one gal at a GClub that is worth a chat about a holiday trip, but that won't be free, but I suspect it will be worth the investment.

And if it was making it pricier, why would the Thais not like that as it would mean more income.

Already in Bangkok Korea Town mall and Thermae across the road in Sukhumvit are heavily geared to Korean prices.

There was a sudden influx of Korean bar owners who pushed their western counterparts out by offering landlords higher rent and at least a year's payment upfront. Of course the Filipino landlords couldn't resist and some even terminated the leases they had at the time just to cater to the Koreans. In time, barfines went up and girls (especially those in Korean run bars) became more choosy as to who they would go with. Girls who were known to go with non-Koreans would be blacklisted on the K-versions of ISG. K-run bars would pretty much be emptied out at opening time, either by groups k-mongering groups who turn up, or by k-customers who make advanced bookings through media we westerners aren't privy to, with very few to no girls remaining for the night they would either close for the night or try to stay open for drinks. In the short term it was great money for the girls, mamasans and landlords, but medium to long term people (non-Koreans) are voting with their feet and wallets and are venturing out to other places. As I said before, even the K-forums are now complaining that AC is shit and no longer value for money, no shit Sherlocks, who would've thought paying double the going rate and telling girls not to go with other demographics would work out well.

Walking street in angeles and the surrounding perimeter is now a shell of its former self and bars are slowly being replaced by coin arcades, KTVs, k-cafes and restaurants and whatever other business a K-entrepreneur wants to try their hand at.

I could go on and on but you get the jist. K-dudes just don't like to share when it comes to our hobby, and will look to carve out the biggest and best piece for themselves wherever they go, leaving crumbs for everyone else.

Koreans are already number one mongers in Walking Street. Pretty soon, they will become number one mongers in all of Pattaya.

About them taking over Pattaya bars like in Angeles City, that may not be as easy because Pattaya is a much bigger area and the nightlife areas are spread apart in clusters.

But I can imagine them taking over a whole soi and turning it into a little Korea Town of bars.

I just hope that soi is some obscure soi, and not Soi 6.

There has been a Korean bar on 3rd Road for some time. The customers want light skinned ladies with East Asian features, and pay top dollar.

I lost one very promising lady to a Korean boyfriend customer.
