Stayed at the LK Empress. Fits the bill. Very convenient location. Bad advertising on the balcony which is just a 2 ft cubicle with 1 chair and an ac extractor that blows such hot air, you can't stand a minute there!! Otherwise good breakfast, no issues with girls coming (except one who was refused as she was 19 and apparently under 20's not allowed) - anyone know this rule??

Yes, some hotels do not allow under 20's. The only other one I know is the Dynasty Grande in Bangkok.
But there are more hotels with this rule, but not that many as far as I know.

Hey mongers, I'll be in pattaya for 4 days (22-26 July) for bachelors party. Staying at the Royal Cliff with friends separate rooms for each. Any recommendations, most appreciated. If the current trend continues, the Koreans could make Pattaya worthless for you. I am seeing signs that the process is having an effect. There is one bar on Sai Sam where Farangs are not welcome.

Also, the Koreans are moving beyond Walking Street and Soi 6 to Soi Chaiyapoon.

Not sure why you are considering staying in Jomtien and looking for "action" places. It's not like Jomtien is miles away. It's not even a 10 minute baht bus ride from Walking Street. If you're lucky you may find a gem in some massage shops but that's a lot of walking for a pipe dream. I believe Rompho is either closed or on its last legs. Only real place to hobby at the G Clubs with Passion, Kit Cat, Seahorse, and Kinnaree nearby. I'm sure I missed a couple and there's a new one called Pussy Galore (wasn't there a Pussy Galore with very nice girls on Soi 6 before?) or something like that but it's quite a ways away.

Now if you want to relax, take strolls along the beach, eat at some decent outdoor restaurants then Jomtien is a nice place to hang out for a day. Then take the baht bus to Walking Street at 8 pm.

Broke You Tuber Cris Travel s coming to Pattaya maybe for a few days.

I can see atleast a dozen girl who I can barfine and bang for ST and half a dozen for LT, nice lineup.

I'll be in Pattaya in less than two months and I think my trip and experience will be very similar to yours.

I also have a week long stay at a nice hotel utilizing points which will essentially make my daily ST session free. At least that's how I'm looking at it.
