Go to any of these clubs. You'll find girls on the dance floor or standing around. Pay them 500 for a dance (which is such a waste) or 500 to sit with them where you can kiss, touch etc depending on the girl for half an hour. VIP tables are basically a place to sit. I recently used following method to pay for the subscription:

- Created account on CoinDCX, added funds and bought BTC.

- Created account on Binance.

- Transferred BTC from CoinDCX to Binance (High withdrawal fee here).

- Transferred BTC from Binance to final address.

Transferring directly from CoinDCX to the final address may be possible but in my case it asked for proof of ownership for the destination address.
