But that's the businessmodel of EVERY bar in Pattaya? Whats kinda crazy because its just a lease / inventory that's being sold. Staff / revenue / buildings are never included. This Is Thailand.

And nobody asks themselves if the business is doing good, then why is the person selling? Or are they thinking they can do it better?
