No, it is not common. Till now I have got price for a meet only. The price may varies depending on meet duration. Like 10 k for 3-4 hours. 13 k for 5-6 hours or 15 k for whole night. Never got quoted like 5 k per hour. Hence for 4 hour meet, 4×5 =20 k. No SA does not work like this as per my experience.

I was allotted room no. 2 and the AC is still not working properly. Blasts out smoke after running for 10-15 minutes.

Bareback anal is riskiest of all. It increases risk of hiv if the other partner is also positive, otherwise no worries. But apart from that there's a huge risk of having uti which is caused by E.
