Yes, pimp is necessary for safety at SG but, a lot more is required than getting a pimp.

The newbies are after pimp numbers like SP numbers and just a few pimps are made more and more popular by some of us here. Even if you don't hire a pimp (not recommended to do so) some pimp whose turn has come. Will trail you to get his cut. There are hundreds on pimps on the road too. So pimp number hunting is meaningless.

But all pimps are not the same. All pimps don't cover all buildings. Even in the same segment. Different pimps have different abilities and different capabilities in difficult situations and differing levels of courtesy.

It is important to know which pimp & which buildings to select for a particular requirement and budget and more importantly how one behaves with the pimp and the girl. Also compliance with safety.
