Last night's lady has a customer who is a long time Pattaya visitor, and he is smitten with her. He calls all the time, sends money, but had to go to Isaan for a few days, giving her time to attend to other customers (like me).

Don't get fixated on one lady in Pattaya, it will cost you big time.

My first trip to LOS is coming this December. Basically flying in late on a Friday night for 15 days. Since I'm coming in late at night, I booked myself in a Bangkok hotel for the weekend. I've also booked a hotel for Mon through the following Sunday in Pattaya. That leaves me with 6 more nights. Do I book more time in Pattaya? Go back to Bangkok? Or go someplace like Chiang Mai? Special note is I'm I long time hobbyist but I also like to experience the countries I visit. Any advice?

Good plan. But just wait and decide when you are in Pattaya what to do. With a couple of days in Bangkok and a week in Pattaya you will know if you want to stay in that part of Thailand are go somewhere else. While your sitting in the bars drinking iced tea you can chat with expats and other customers about what are good options for the rest of your visit.

Wait until you have been in Pattaya a few days before making any further plans.

Coming from Jakarta, from the airport I used Nam's taxi to Pattaya. It is now $1200 for this trip. Stayed at the Blackwoods hotel see hotel section. Soi 7&8 are slowing coming back to life so that made staying there so much better. Last year not too many bars open, this year more bars are open and yes, many with older talent but gems are to be found. One example, my friend and I were kicking back in the lobby when this hot chick comes out of the elevator and walks across the street to the bar. She gets snatched up by a customer and me and my friend are saying we'll get her tomorrow. After that day, we never saw her again. Just older chicks at that bar. The bars around the hotel are pretty cheap and many had live bands playing. Didn't pull any girls from any gogo's but did take some from the gentlemens club. First was Passions. Kind of out of the way but just used grab to take us there. We got there about 14:00 and the place was pretty full. Good mix of young and old girls. I took a girl to the room, I think her name was Pepe or something like that. The cost was $1500 for the girl and $400 for the room. The room we had was huge and the session was good. Second club was Kinnaree. Again took grab and this place is easier to get to. Like Passion, it was pretty full with many older girls. Seems like most of the guys were regulars. I did like one girl but she was with a customer and didn't free up until just before we left. We actually had lunch here and it was decent. Anyways, the girl frees up and I talk with her. Tell her I would like to gone to the room with her but I had to leave for a suit fitting. I did buy a suit at Ama tailors. I asked her if she would like to come to my room after work. She said yes, exchanged line and off I went. She got off of work around 19:30 and came to my hotel about 20:00. Took her to dinner then back to the hotel. We did our thing and I was thinking I would go meet my friend at the bar he was at. Instead the girl never left the bed, not even to shower after the deed. I then asked is she wanted to stay overnight, which she replied yes. So much for plans. We did do it again in the morning, had breakfast and sent her on her way with $2000 baht. Never negotiated a price and she seemed happy with it, so all was good. One bar I do recommend near the hotel is Shooters bar. If you like friendly girls that are very hands on, you will like this place. I could have spent many hours here but didn't discover it until the last night. Some of the negatives of the bar is they play the music too loud. You basically have to shout to the girl to communicate anything. Second and this isn't the bars fault but there was one asian guy who wanted to be the man for the night. He got on stage with the girls trying to dance with them. After a while he took a wad of cash from his pocket and made it rain. Other than that, this was my favorite bar this trip. Soi 6 was decent but it's weird, one night I saw many 3 or 4 girls that I would do. The next night, I didn't think any made the cut. One night we went to LK metro and last year I had fun at kinks so took my friend there. Not sure if it was because it was to early or what, but this place sucked. We got there around 20:20 and went upstairs and order drinks. There were maybe 6 girls on stage just sitting there naked. Last year they were dancing and interacting with the customers but this time, they just stayed seated and looking bored. Mind you, we were the only customers at the time but still. Anyways my friend didn't like the vibe so we left without coming close to finishing our drinks. Headed for tree town mainly just to see the talent. Very hit and miss there. Even though it was so hot and muggy, we still had a blast and can't wait for our return trip.
