Had my 1st only trip to BCN last spring and so badly want to go back. I had work / social obligations my last trip so I couldn't enjoy the services as easily as I wanted. I haven't had any outcalls during all my visits to BCN so I can't help you there, but I don't recall the conditions of the brothels being bad.

El Eden is probably the cleanest in my opinion. Clean sheets and towels are brought in to the room and all rooms should have ensuite. They just don't include some of my preferred services in their prices.

Vecinitas also has ensuite, although last time I went, some could probably have done with a bit of maintenance.

If you want a real massage all the major hotels have a spa I paid about 400 euros. Now if you want someone to go through the motions of giving a massage search the brothels they will highlight the amount of English a girl can speak. The brothels are pretty clean I would suggest taking your own wash towel and soap for after the massage shower.
