Let me expound: many people from medellin have relatives in jail in the states.

And you don't know who is who or what is what.

You may go to a clinic where the nurse's dad brother or uncle is in jail in the states and this is her chance to fuck a gringo and she will do it.

Could be the nurse, could be the secretary, could be the doctor.

Could be anyone. You don't know.

Things like this happen every day in Colombia.

Colombia is a brutal, petty envious and jealous society and they do not like gringos at all (except for the money).

All the con mucho gusto, a la orden, plaisir servirte is bullshit.

And things have gotten real bad since the petro government took over.

Stick to enjoying anonymous stanky and when your 2 weeks 2 months or 2 years are up, use your return ticket.

This is almost certain to end with a big disappointment for you my friend. Simple rule of thumb anytime a chica quotes you in Dollars, run Forrest run! The service will be poor, she will try to keep extracting $ from you and it will get awkward and that works to her advantage as you go limp and get turned off. She will get her trip her $250 or $400 and her IG pics from wherever she makes you take her in MDE. And you return home holding your dick and hopefully wiser even if your pockets are a $1 k lighter.

I've been lucky by making myself extra sensitive to any touches near my pockets and ignoring anything else. The distraction bump is a classic pickpocket tactic. Another old and reliable tactic is an attractive woman brushing near or touching your groin area. It's male human nature to focus on that unless you are on guard for it. A final additional tip is if you use your phone on the metro watch out for thieves who will try to grab it and jump off the train just as the doors close.

One thing I do is when I am walking in an area with a lot of people at night like Calle 10 is to keep my left hand in my pocket as I walk keeping a clutch on my money clip and just looking nonchalant.

Today I boarded the Metro in Poblado at around noon headed towards Centro and a bunch of tourists boarded the Metro besides me and two guys had their smart phones in their back pockets with about an inch of their phones sticking out. You talk about easy prey, it amazes me how naive some of the tourists are here.

Careful riding the Metro during the busy hours. When the Metro doors open it's like a football team trying to get on the subway. During this rush I had 4 guys bouncing off of me and my cell phone mysteriously disappeared from my front pocket.

I know there have been some reports of guys having Lasik done here successfully, however I would be very nervous having something like that done here, especially if something goes wrong which of course could happen in the States. I'm not saying you can't have a favorable outcome, but you are dealing with your eyes and if money is not an issue which a lot of times is the driver for guys getting things taken care of here, I would get it done in the States, and I know a lot of guys may think that is ridiculous but again it's your eyesight your dealing with and if something comes up it could be awkward with the language being one of the issues. I'm not dishing the medical system in Colombia, it's actually very good with some very competent Doctor's, but for something involving your eyes versus something else I would think twice about this.

I had lasik done in the states 25 years ago. Still 20/20. You have to be out of your mind to do lasik anywhere else but America. Read all the horror stories of bad lasik jobs in America, much less Colombia or Mexico. It's your eyes not a teeth cleaning.

Last year, before I ever visited Medellin, I had the same questions. How do you find young attractive girls in Medellin who would like to meet older mongers to make some money on Facebook?

I was never a big Facebook user. So, I just started trying to figure it out. First I read everything I could read on this website about using Facebook to find girls. Not just 10 pages back. After doing that, I did find a handful of names of FB girls in Medellin and asked to be their friend. Most said yes, and then I looked through their friends and started asking to be their friend. I also looked at their gringo friends and if the friends list is open, I would steal those girls too. Once they became my friends, I searched through their friends list and then made request to be friends with the pretty ones. And then my friends list really started to take off.

There are also other techniques. The shortcut now is that website where guys review FB girls in Medellin. Another way is friends of popular Medellin nightclubs in Park LLeras. Go to their FB pages and steal those girls. There are so many techniques but you just have to be creative.

That was five months before my first trip. So basically I spent five months working diligently on building up a good list of young attractive women in Medellin.

I didn't just ask someone hey how do you find girls on Facebook. I just starting doing it after spending some time thinking about how to do it. And I am an old guy.

Now, this is what I do. I just go through the recommended friends list and make maybe 1 to 2 friend requests a week. My friends list is all young attractive women from Medellin so Facebook is only recommending young attractive women from Medellin to me. Here and there, they recommend a guy and I delete.

Now I am more picky and have been deleting friends, girls who no longer make the cut. The standard to be my FB friend now is that it has be a girl that I would actually want to meet. There is also the issue of having too many friends and then you start overlooking great girls. Need to trim the weeds from time to time to get rid of the deadwood.

But when you are first starting out, the standard should be any doable girl in Medellin who is not unattractive or too old in order to build up your list.

Can you post a link to the website that rates the FB girls, that would be awesome? I have several from FB lined up for next trip and will post my reviews after. Thanks.

You don't find them randomly. You friend a guy or a guy with connections, then you review their friends and you can assume they are working girls by association.
