There has been significant development in the Clark area in recent years. Regardless, the sleazy girlie bars are still here.

Yeah on face value that seems depressing since I happen to like it how it is now. But, BGC and surrounding areas are renovated modernized hotspots for dining and working, and yet P. Burgos is still there. This is a ways out at Clark. Who knows, maybe it revitalizes AC and brings an influx of talent. Either way this whole thing seems many years away.

There is an obvious market catering to the snooker crowd and I know guys who shot pool there regularly. However, whatever about fast Eddie, it ain't fast money. We don't go there to shoot pool with our ageing sweet hearts, who have served 20 or so years in a go go bar. We go there to shoot our load. You got to follow the money as Deep Throat said. The heart of the action has to be the heart of the action. Less pool, more pool parties.

Margarita Stations's passing is almost as bad as the fire at Notre-Dame de Paris. On the positive side, as long as poverty is endemic in the Phils, the hookers are going nowhere.

My reliable source says the customers and bargirls are getting upset with the new pricing. Customers are not barfining as much and girls are upset of the lack of barfines.

The girls have been told by management that their daily salary will be decreasing by a significant amount.

Unless major improvements are made the new location will be a bust. Especially with Puzzles or whatever they call it now and Night Moves right there as they both have excellent food.

Night Moves has good breakfast. Some of the girls are pretty good at pool too. Tanduay is reasonably priced as well as other drinks.
