Somewhat of an OT question. What's the best day to get cash? I usually just ATM withdraw but lots of people on PA say the exchange rate is bad. Then everyone just talks a lot what bank to use 555. And most people there seem to be from EU or AUS. If I do use ATM, what's typically a bank with better rates?

Can you say what the acronyms mean? I can guess what A+ means but can't guess the rest. Not in advanced section.

My understanding that the worst time to exchange currency is on the weekend, after banks have closed. Throughout the week, the exchange rate is based on what the banks put out as guidance. Once the banks close on Friday evening, the exchanges set their own rate. We use TT almost exclusively. TT will even take USD with micro tears that the green exchanges refuse to exchange.

Next, we go to Insomnia Club. That's the one on the upper floor for those who are confused. It's packed inside. Maybe we stayed at Insomnia too long because when we get back to my hotel, it is close to 3 am. I take a shower first. When I finish my shower, I tell Two to take a shower. She refuses. The exchange rate at ATMs in normally excellent. The problem is the fee that the ATM and your bank will charge.

If you read this forum, especially the General section, you will find that the optimum solution is to open a Schwab account.

Once I arrive, I might send likes to some but only when I want a girl in my room will I message them. Then it's a wait for them to show up. Messaging and waiting does take a long time, but like you I use TF in my downtime.

How much time are you all spending on TF before you find someone you like? For me, it was a little bit cumbersome. Yes TF is a great option especially if you're on a budget. How was your experience compared to bar / GoGo girls?

The experience is great for me. I didn't have to go through hoops just to fuck the girls. I message them "Hi do you want to meet for ST 1000 baht" and they would be in my room in 15-30 minutes. As you cannot understand Thai, I'll translate for you. The filmer was surprised and ask her friend "they don't let us film?" she then added "we'll have to delete that part before edit" that's when the same girl kept shouting again, and her friend told her to close the phone.

I finally got around to watching the video and have to say I see and mostly hear what you have described at the time mark you cited. I only say mostly hear because I found some of what the filmers saying to be inaudible on my smartphone.

I don't know about "violent" but the shouting at the filmers by some of those bargirls even after the filmers move along is definitely a extremely aggressive move by Thai standards.

I should also mention that the incident is both partially obscured and distracted from on the video and made more complex by the fact that it happens precisely as 4 prime suspect Asian customers are walking between those bargirls and the filmers. The bargirls' hiding their faces and shouting at the filmers even causes one or two of the passing potential customers to turn around to see what the bargirls were upset and shouting about.

Was the fact that they were being filmed as 4 juicy potential customers were walking by, therefore stepping on their opportunity to really strut their stuff and pull them in a trigger for their particularly aggressive behavior? Being filmed full face while just standing or sitting on a barstool is one thing. But being caught and memorialized on YouTube forever in action roping in customers might be a bridge too far for them.

Have they heard from potential customers like those 4 that they are reluctant to cruise through Soi 6 these days because of all the filming and therefore the face hiding and shouting was in part an attempt to warn the guys and demonstrate that they are doing whatever they can to protect their privacy and encourage their and their friends' patronage?

A lot of things happening or potentially happening all at once in that moment.

Thai girls don't do math, they focus on possibility in the moment.

That income they count as earned, and reassess their worth and get lazy, charging high rates as asked to.

It's that expected income factor that is screwing the gogo market, keeping the asked prices up, keeping the girls in the gogo, and discouraging them from chasing dollars hard for short time or long time.
