Those are the same ones I've seen there as well. I can remember a few years back there was one of them very different than the others walking around selling candy and kind of cute versus the others typically sitting and dancing and asking for coins.

So I decided to interact with her, and gave her some coins for a piece of candy and tried to speak with her but couldn't understand a single word she said as she was speaking some dialect with no Spanish words I could make out.
