Indeed, do not pay the lady fee in the advance. I was surprised when at a go-go in August the girl suggested I pay her her st fee (3000) together with the 1000 b bar-fine. In my experience this is unusual. In March I had such a situation where I paid the bar fine and then the bartender pushed for me to give the girl's money in advance, which I refused.
