I been to Patts three times this year. Sure, there are better bodies there but they all want you covered hence no GFE. At least that was my experience. And most don't let you take pics whereas Filipinas love the camera.

I'm in Patts now. I can assure you that BBFS is on the menu. Its not the default like it is in AC but in my last 2 trips I got it 80% of the time. Sometimes by asking up front (like in Gentlemen clubs or Beach Road) and sometimes just with the flow (Bar Fines usually). Now the only plus on AC side is the English and ability to converse and flirt with the girls more so than here in Pattaya. The other thing I find here is that the tattoo thing is ridiculous. I saw this gorgeous 19 yo at a bar who had totally mutilated her body with tattoos all over. She had the face of an angel and that cute teenage body but the tattoos made her look like a washed up biker chick. Maybe I'm just getting old but I don't understand it.

My biggest disapointment was really about the girls, they are 95% overweight, old and ugly. I don't want to be rude but really girls eat way too much jollybee. And the small part that are not fat are already mothers, and they globally are lazy.

I am a 34 yo Caucasian and I was looking for nice girls but it was a pain to find the good ones.

Overall good honest first report. A number of reports from the past few months have shown mixed reviews (including my own). Plenty of fuglies to be found in the bars now. You aren't being rude. Forewarned is forearmed. You want hotties? Go to Burgos or Patts. You want girls you can converse with, go to Phils. It seems to be a somewhat clear picture. The game changes.

Well it seems I put up a list here every few years but, off the top of my head: For Italian, Piccolo Padre. If that's too far, you can get a decent meal at Al Bacio or Sorriso. Royal Indian Curry House is superb. Fortune and especially Legend are great if you've got a group and like seafood. For Filipino I like Mesa in the mall. Even Gerry's there does good food if you keep it simple -- grilled marlin, stir-fried kangkong, sinigang, garlic rice etc. I like Yu-Fu-In for Japanese, especially their lunch sets. 1st. Ave Hwaro just before the ABC is excellent Korean. Can't go too far wrong at Swiss Chalet. And if you're willing to go up to the base there are some terrific places like Mequeni Live and Smoki Moto. That's where the new Filipino middle class eat, and they know their food.

Give me a break. I'll be touring Italy shortly eating and drinking all the favourites that are on the bucket list. No pagpag or balut I am afraid. Angeles offers LBFM. No offence but you sound like those guys in Thailand who bring their Thai date to a fancy European restaurant, without realising the babes would prefer Thai street food at 1% of the cost, Not romantic, just silly. When I get back to pampanga, I'll treat myself to a balut or two. But no red Bull as it packs too strong a punch. SML lite is ok but tastes too much of chemicals.

Thanks for the feedback, I didn't wanted to be rude in my previous post, just wanted to try to make my "soso" experience helpfull.

The best way to find out was to try it myself, and now, I know I am quite sure that I may did things wrong, will not lie I didn't had much time either.

As a 34 year Caucasian living in Hong Kong you should have no need to monger. Unless you are butt ugly, fat and have no game whatsoever, you should have your pick of Civilian girls where you live. AC is what it is. Its past its hey day, its always been a shithole except for the bars, and the only attraction was BBFS with young Filipinas. You should have known that going in. Perfectly okay to say its not your preference but you don't have any excuse for expecting much different than you found.

I have legit girls and indo / filipinas friends here in HK, I wouldn't say I am an Apolon but I am not Gollum either: the, but yeah as you said I should have done more research on the city itself.

I wasn't really complaining, it's just that bad experience should also be shared.

In BKK, in pattaya and even in phnom phen there was extra things to do, in AC it's SM mall: Unless going out to big beach quite far of AC.

People go to Angeles and find the little tubbies are not to their liking. Years ago, I hit the bars in Berlin where the women were supposed to outnumber the men by 10 to 1. That was the ratio in 1946, not when I got there.

Zboub gave a good report, one of the best in fact, which will help guys determine if Angeles is for them or not.

The meat Zboub was after is largely taken up by the Koreans or gone abroad in search of bigger bucks. I have dined with Koreans' babes and notes how well they were shod, compared to the other locals in their 200 PHP blouses. Come to think of it, I don't see so many boob jobs or duck lips. Compared to Pattaya or elsewhere, Angeles would be less commercially developed, more Butlins than Mara Logo. Also, his type of lady would probably be more into hitting the beaches and the clubs rather than hanging around, as he puts it, "American elders", who have plenty of tubbies to cater to their needs.

Treat this site more like Amazon than trustpilot. Read the 1* star reviews as they are the most informative in arriving at decisions. Form my point of view, as "an elder", Zboub's post was very useful.

Always stay at the Orchid Inn.

Ah, the Orchid. It's the classic AC hotel. I stayed there on countless trips in the '90's and '00's. These days I go for newer and slightly fancier places but Orchid still has the best location in town. Nice pool area too -- I still go there for breakfast sometimes. Does anyone else remember when they had their own go-go, next to the cantina just behind the pool?

True. If I meet you in AC and you're cool, I'll send you the pics. So far I've only become personal pals with one member of the board in person and I'd send him the pics and he can vouch but I'm not sure that would convince anyone. Or maybe one night I'll have a friendly buzz going and I'll do it on a whim, who knows.

Why bother when there are other obvious hooker areas?

They do go to these places but don't make it so obvious what they are.

Also I feel the place has moved away from hanging out with these freelancers and bar girls. So no need to go and meet them in a mall. You meet them online or in the street, fuck them and leave them. I've never seen the appeal of walking around the mall with a hooker.

Semi and non-pros fair enough, but they tend to blend in anyway.

I recently was looking through my pics of myself with girls at bars, mirror selfies, in the room, etc. I picked 15 pics and made a collage and blurred out our faces. All 8's+, and this was just a fraction of the pics on my phone. I was seconds from posting it and then I thought 'what's the point? I could still be recognized and so could the girls, even though it's a. 001% chance that anyone I know or any of the girls read this board. Then I thought, maybe I post it for 24 hours and delete it, but I don't think you can do that. Anyway let me assure you, there are plenty of hotties in AC, at least there were earlier this year. Come December I will fill my phone with more pics that prove my point.

They have a couple short-time rooms right above Emotions / ToC. But the quality of the "girls" there these days leaves a lot to be desired.
