Have to agree with Nyezhov, but yet, vetting HydTesla5, is his post any different than what I've seen over the last 20+ years from posters from a certain geographic location? Fine in their own crappy threads but hate it when it bleeds over here. It always amazes me when someone complains that it's so time consuming to put in the effort to search, to read, when I'm sure they have the time to punt. All too easy to take 1 minute to post a question rather than make the effort yourself. Of course, if you're a member of the secret ISG cabal, with access to the concierge service, all that info is readily available to you from the paid staff.

Last time I talk about people making youtube videos of Bangkok babes, I swear!

I remember last year when I did my reconnaissance of Thaniya, scoping out the chicks, knowing it's for Japanese big spenders with a whole lot of drinking, I didn't participate, but I wanted to take one photo, just one, so I went to what I considered to be a respectful distance from the all the girls and even the street itself, walking towards the BTS already, closer to the BTS than Thaniya itself and I mean pretty damn far, and from all the way there one of the mamasan's was screaming at me to not take a picture. I'm tellin' ya fellas. I was pretty freakin' far away. So this dude, he's all up close and personal with everyone at Thaniya, there's no earthly way the camera is exposed. He's hidden it like a pro. I'll find out the secret man, I will make this happen as well. I'm going to make this happen for myself. I mean dudes, going down this rabbit hole, I've seen youtube channels launched not 6 months ago, with nothing but videos of people walking around Bangkok streets, and they maybe average 1 k views, but as soon as there's 'nana', 'soi cowboy' or anything like that in the video title, the view count goes up to the tens of thousands. Some of these channels get well over 10k subscribers in less than a year. No fancy music, no titles, no effects, nothing. Just some basic editing. They're monetized at that point. Sure, in the beginning it's not anymore than a few hundred dollars a month, but by God, what a beginning. Keep uploading videos and the channel will only grow.

This is viable fellas, and one day, I'm going to be one of these douchebag digital nomad types too. One day you'll see your faces in one of my videos, but you'll never suspect it cause my camera's going to be hidden. Also you'd never guess it could be me, cause I'll just be another one of those fat, ugly old foreigner fucks you see all over Thailand. Cause normally, the douchebag types that upload these sort of videos, tend to be the millenial or gen z types. More money than sense. Everything comes easy to them. Sure, we're leaving the world in chaos as they take over, but at least they'll have fun as the world burns.

Pertaining to the same video, if you look at around 3:15, you'll see an old guy with a hat. Now imagine if that old guy was wearing a fanny pack, around the stomach area or even across the chest as a sling bag, you'd never guess in a million years that in the bag there was a 4k state of the art gopro recording everyone. From that distance, with just a small hole for the lens to shoot out of. No one would ever suspect it. That's me, that's my future. What a bright and Bangkok future it would be. He looks like he'd keel over from a stiff breeze, but I betcha, he'll die from fuckin' a babe while in Thailand somewhere, and you know what? He'll die happy. In this cold, cruel, inherently unfair and shitty world, it's the very least we can hope for.

Did you notice the girl following him from behind, don't think she's with him, but anyway, for a quick second she glances at the man capturing this footage. Look at her eye line, she's looking at the guy himself, not at the camera, where her eye is looking at is right above the camera. It's not that she's weirded out by a camera, she's weirded out by the fact that some guy is just standing there looking at her. As you see more and more of his videos, you'll notice almost no one looks directly at the camera. Any footage on youtube where the camera is visible to the people being filmed, someone will look right into the lens, making eye contact with the camera as it were, cause people in general don't like to be filmed anyway. What happens is people will notice the camera right away, look right into the lens, then turn away. Look at how he's doing it. This man is operating on a whole different level. Look at around 7:00, how is he getting this close to the chick, and she's got no clue? There's always a chance he's shooting at 8 K, and bringing it down to 4 K in edit, but I think it's more likely he's found some ingenious way to be able to even zoom in on the fly, while the camera is hidden. Truly amazing.

But out of respect though, you fellas won't have to worry, I would never capture footage inside a place like Thermae or the soapies or oilies, I've got too much regard and respect for our hobby to sully the girls or patrons like that. But in public spaces like the streets? It's all fair game there.

Yes, I will agree that sometimes he does un-hide the camera, in some of his other videos, it's clear he's taken the camera out and shooting, but on the streets, in that context, it's all touristy, it's all fine. He's making these videos from a combo of hidden cam and normal footage. Also, in one of his videos in Soi Cowboy you'll actually see a chick trying to cover her face with her hair, cause he's just using his camera out in the open, cause you can do that in Soi Cowboy. It's not against any policy to use a camera there, people take pictures there all the time. It's inside the bars that's a no go for cameras.

That's right, I can only pray I'll die fast and hard like that in Bangkok. Then 2 local cops will show up at my dead body, see some weird fat, ugly, deranged lookin' foreigner, then give each other a knowing look, they've seen it all, and say to each other, "well, at least he died doing what he loved'. Life ain't worth livin' the way most of us live it now fellas. There's got to be some way to free ourselves of this grind so we can go to Bangkok and party till the end. Is it me, or has the level of mongering intelligence and Thailand experience soley decreased here over the past few years? I mean, its like some folks haven't even played for pay in their own countries. And the level of questioning about basics in life: how to get SIM cards? Are the reviews online real? How was Best Confort hotel?

I am thinking about for next Summer.

Pasting a review I wrote from the hotel section.

I stayed at Best Comfort multiple times. I really like the location, pretty close to Thermae, everyone was okay to walk there cept 1 lady who wanted 1 k more to walk there, no thanks LOL.

It is an older hotel, didn't really try out the gym or pool up top, but guessing no ones coming to Bangkok to workout, not those muscles atleast hah.

Free breakfast, I don't care for food so fine by me. Toast, butter, strawberry jam, rice porridge, chicken sausage, fried eggs, cereal (only cornflakes), fruit (apple). Milk, water, orange juice, tea, probably coffee don't recall seeing that though. Gave two bottle water daily which was nice.

Brought a lady almost every day, no problem. Get extra towels at front desk if needed. Liked the room size and has a big mirror above the headrest of bed and small mirror over the desk on side of bed. Had a couch too not too comfy but nice to sit there to chat w / the gal before the main event. Free parking, had Thermae lady come back another day and park there for LT =).

Most likely I'll stay there a third time as I like the close proximity to Thermae and pretty cheap, last month like 25 bucks a day after fees.

Con's like I said its older but fine for me, don't need anything fancy. First time I was there in Dec, had a couple mosquitos LOL so bought a zapper to kill them but this last trip 3 weeks and no bugs. I was on 2nd floor when I had bugs and 6th when I didn't, not sure if that matters. Also had issue w / shower last trip after a session we couldn't easily take shower cause the water pressure was like dead so the water just trickles out hah. Only happened a few times late at night probably cause a lot of people showering after a session, who knows? On the last few days I think I figured it out and you just need to keep the shower head on the top holder thingie and its fine. One thing I noticed about fridge is I think it turns off when you don't have the keycard on the wall. Didn't notice that first stint so maybe had a bad room. Figure it be separate power line but the ice would be melted by time I come back hah. TV was small but I didn't turn it on at all.

I was there last spring I stayed in the Ruamchitt hotel above. There are a lot of young, attractive ladies there in the basement bar area some weren't very friendly. Mostly the older ladies were the friendliest. The bar require the men buy a drink upon entering; one of the ladies said they have to pay 50 baht to enter. Then there's women just outside-some attractive-that would hustle very aggressively for a date. I took a couple of the older ones from the bar to my room I think they charged like 1000-1500 baht or so. One night I stayed until 2 am closing it seemed most of the ladies left alone. The whole scene didn't make a lot of sense to me; what's the purpose of the ladies going there if they don't leave with a date? There's plenty of men walking around browsing. Seems like it would be a waste of time for the ladies to spend time there and then leave alone.

Be aware that the "girls" outise Ruamchitt are NOT girls.

They cannot enter to Thermae because they need to show documents with write that they are girls.

Nothing wrong with Ruamchit hotel but avoid those windowless rooms in any hotel. I usually stay there if I'm only in BKK for 1 night and Thermae is my main target for the night. I stay in the larger rooms for 1500 per night. Rooms are larger than normal and it's clean. No time wasted going up and down and through 3 or 4 girls in a night. Japanese men will stay at Ruamchit, Silom area for Thaniya Road, and Sukhumvit Soi 33.

BKK has always been a barefine / customer turnover game and pattaya being a drinks game so I'm not surprised to hear any of this.

This is a very statute assessment, Phazze. Glad to see you'll be returning to Pattaya soon.

I visited last January and saw faint signs of life at the entrance from a couple of portly, middle-aged ladies who claimed to be Turkish and a Indian-looking "mamasan" sitting in the lobby whom I did not approach. None of the ruckus at the lobby, disco and coffee shop from before.

I saw a recent youtube video (that I can't retrace) which indicated that, if I'd approached the mamasan, I would have been taken to rooms upstairs housing several "ee" and "Russians" (I have not found a true Russian there yet!

I did spot a few Ethopians / other African FLs who looked to be worth checking out.
