So the latest vlogs from the "Candyman", he really only hits a couple bars now and buys drinks for the girls that his few followers want to see in his vlogs. His first videos were good because he was all over the Soi. Now it's 30 minutes of brace faced "Moon" begging for liquor shots. If a farang tried his tactics of filming inside the bar, security would drag the farang out the back door and be beaten to a pulp.

Now he does it more by friendship with the girls than anything else. He's been there for so long, too hard to find pretty newcomers so he finish up with the usual girls that are camera friendly.

"FIRE" is the name of the bar and it is at the top of Soi 6 close to 2nd Road. "FIRED UP" is the name of their make-shift GC which is in the upstairs portion of the bar. From my understanding, "FIRED UP" is not an everyday thing (yet); it only operates a few nights a week and you must buy a ticket in advance to attend. I believe attendance is limited to 9 gents at a time right now and the ladies are offering much more personalized attention.

Fire is the name of the bar on the ground level and Fired Up is the gentlemen's club upstairs on the first floor.

Fired Up just opened a month ago and is evolving, the whole floor has been remodelled. It started as a Friday night event for three hours. Tickets are priced to include a starting rack of LD's for a girl and a drink for the customer. Then they started selling tickets for Saturdays and recently it's open daily before the bars get busy but Friday and Saturday are still ticket only days, I believe the price is 900 THB and I hear that it does get raunchy.

The owners plan is to get more staff to fill both venues as right now some girls start early at Fired Up and then when Soi 6 gets busy they move to the bar. They are looking for the kind of girls that work in Kink or other GC's and also regular bar girls to work where they are best suited.

I'm looking forward to trying it out.

I thought 6/1 was the ladyboy side. I didn't know that there were LB bars at the top of soi 6. I didn't go into any of those. Although I hadn't visited any bars that were further down from Hollywood bar last time I was there.

I do not think that really exists anymore after covid. There are way less katoeys on Soi 6 or at least they are not concentrated like they were before. Someone correct me if I am wrong.

BKK better looking GC girls so make sure you go to the PIMP.
Pattaya better looking gogo girls and way too many LB's in BKK.
BKK Online girls. Pure quantity (not that I check out online sites other than what people show me).
BKK better looking FL's along Soi 4 than on Beach Road Pattaya (TBH I don't really check out either).
BKK better looking oily massage girls especially Soi 24. Pattaya only really has the ones at Diana and Buakhao in a small area where there are young girls.
BKK's secret weapon that Pattaya has nothing close to, Thermae.

Since I'm a gogo bar guy I much prefer Pattaya. Most guys say gogos suck but that conclusion always comes down to money. I'd rather take the prettiest girl over saving a few 1000 baht. When you're back home those few 1000 baht are meaningless.

At least one of the bars on the Soi (panda bar) is Korean owned. They're trying to bring in the clientele they want (possibly by paying the vloggers for more exposure).

From the quick scan of the videos guys post on here they go to the Soi 6 bars owned by Bryan Flowers. imo these vloggers hurt business much more than they promotes it. Guys won't go to the bars that have a live video vlog nightly.

I found these 2 videos neither shot by a Korean vlogger. Girls doing live streams. I'll never set foot in this bar even if they had pretty girls. Since we all have very different taste in what we consider pretty I'll let you guys decide if Panda Bar is worth a visit.

Finally in Pattaya after 2 poor nights in Bangkok. Used Bell Travel bus and they have gone downhill a lot, used to be amazing value. Bus was supposed to leave for Pattaya at 2 so they told me to be ready for 1 which is fair enough. They picked me up at 1.05 and there was only one other passenger in the minivan.

We got to their depot at around 1.30 and they said please wait here for more passengers, again that's great.

Only one other passenger turned up and they then said we were ready to leave at 2, I thought straight to Pattaya but unfortunately not the case.

They then drove us to the airport to get more passengers and we didn't leave until 3 and I didn't get to my guesthouse until 5.

It's 450, which I was happy to pay if we were in fact going to Pattaya at 2 but wish I'd just paid the extra for a taxi now, lesson learned.

Finally figured out a very probable reason why there has been a heavy Korean vlogger presence on / around Soi 6.

I know only of two K-streamers doing the soi consistantly and never saw them stopping by Panda bar.

Why? Easy, Panda has only old or unattractive girls.

The only guy I've seen going there is the guy distributing candies to the fatties of the soi.
