Spot on mate. I have given them a piece of mind. Haven't been there in a months time but last time was disgusted as earlier 90 minutes sessions were 90 minutes, now they tell you that they would adjust 2 hours. My response to them was I don't care and wouldn't haggle for 500/- bucks as I don't do that and do what you wish to but did not like the un-business like rule. The 3 receptionists also give different versions. This spa was not doing so well around a year and a half ago, was not even discussed here. Mind you, they still have their bad days. I heard a guy last time at the counter that he has taken membership at another spa and the receptionist was telling him the new rules so was taken aback myself. I told her you never spoke like that with me before and her response was every one hour is 15 minutes shower and 45 minutes massage. I also told her that one of chicks specifically comes after 20 minutes and wastes a lot of time, she was non nonchalant; do not book her and I have dropped her already. I am pretty sure they would come back to their senses soon. I am simply waiting for my membership to be over and done with.

Post Diwali or January, I would restart my search as it requires effort and time and I am hell busy in my work and travels. 3 k or 4 k or 5 k isn't a problem but their new rules sucks and we don't give a shit attitude.

I tried hair removal cream only once, at a spa in Kolkata. And she did a good job with moisturisor afterwards. So that burning sensation and rednesss wasn't much.

By myself, I have always been using Svish. Easier to apply than creams, and to remove also. Since its foam, you don't have to rub or scrub like removing cream.

Didn't try the trimmer approach yet, as Svish is suiting me.
