Who pays the Agency? They have to be making money somehow. Do the gogos pay a finder's fee on top of the girl's salary or does she pay a commission? Or both?

I used to go with a lady who worked for an agency, ie she recruited ladies for bars (mostly gogos), and she often recounted the details, including how the agency was paid. Every night, she would go to a bar at or near closing time and would collect salaries for bargirls who had finished their 10 day contracts.
