Medellin is awash with weekend warriors who are beyond lazy. They need everything handed to them on a platter. And Colombia does it. I suspect that there will be some impact on on tourism numbers if Colombia takes away 90 day free entry and goes for a visa application.

Amen. I agree on the gringo comment brother!! Have seen Medellin become Costa Rica before my eyes these past few years. I am assuming only scandallo and similar venues may have some price impact not the regular clinicas then.

It will just have the same effect like how Scandallo increased their entry fee. They had this visa before the pandemic, so it didn't really change much. They are just going back to it after removing it during the pandemic.
