I'd agree. Describing Cebu as a "shithole" based only upon Mactan seems a little unfair. IT Park / Ayala may not be BGC but it's very comfortable there and appealing to the girls: lots of places to eat, drink and party and the Jeepney station is literally at the bottom of the Mall so very easy for the girls to find. No more trying to explain exactly which of 27 7/11's you want to meet her at in the 'burbs. For the guys, plenty of decent hotels and Airbnbs within walking distance.

I gave up on Cebu gogo bars years ago and never went back. I also haven't been to any of the mega clubs in town either but I have had some fun with a couple of the dancers and promos girls from them. No idea why but they all proved my hotness vs attitude theory completely wrong and were great performers.

I've always said the Cebu is the online capital of the Philippines. Everything available from part time students to stunning models. Seeking is for those prepared to throw money and caution to the wind for a short term stay. Pina Love, Filippine Cupid and even Tinder have girls with much more realistic expectations.

I've been coming to Cebu 18 or 19 years. 25 to Philippines. I have 2 kids here. I don't live with the moms.

We have a place out here in Mactan & also in Camotes in my daughters name (she's dual USA / Philippine citizen).

It used to be less congested out here in Mactan. I'm 15 minutes from the airport.

Camotes was a nice place for raising the kid.

Before covid I was pretty well set up- driver, housekeeper 4 or 5 Suzuki multicabs etc. Some nice relationships etc.

Driver is gone cars rusted out junk etc. Old girlfriends married, pregnant etc.

I've had a good life here but I really prefer California.

I'm really tired of dealing with the disfunction here.

I wish I'd upgraded to paid membership but got too rushed.

I went down to Mango. So sad compared to what was before (which was small compared to Angeles & Pattaya).

I visited Viking, had a good time but the selection was old tired and mediocre. It was right after a 3 day weekend & that may explain.

Girls can go online & get a better deal.

Bars as they were may be obsolete- like horse drawn buggies. One of many businesses crushed by the internet revolution- typewriters, the Music business etc.

I'll try to file a fuller report later when I get time.

I missed sending in $ for a membership before I left the USA so I can't PM.
