We know there are ugly gogo girls too. There are ugly girls everywhere in Pattaya and BKK, even on Thaniya Road. That's why guys used to come on here saying they picked up a gogo girl at 808 or iBar for 1000 baht even back in 2015-17 when gogo bars were great with top notch talent. You and I both know they weren't the top tier girls at What's Up or Sapphire back in 2015. I knew girls back then who used to go to iBar after they struck out at the gogo bars. They weren't the girls I wouldn't even consider a LD for though.

Look how much I have to suffer coming to Thailand. It's about 10 levels down on girl's looks from where I hobby in Osaka. Of course the price differential between top end Japanese girls and Soi 6 girls is almost beyond comprehension.

Bar none the best bang for your buck with pretty unaffected girls is Jakarta. Then Vietnam but a totally different game if you want top bar girls.

Not to sound like a Negative Nelson but the majority of Pattaya agogo girls are closer to Ugly than not.

I know some like XS but only a handful of girls on their Vast Stages are attractive.

Same goes for every other place.

My favorite Palace has a few Hotties but that's it. Many place girls would struggle on Beach Rd or Soi 6,7 and 8.

There are at least 3 mongering areas and some open at 1 pm and some clubs close at 6 am. So you can drink and fuck all day. Prices are cheaper. You can get a descent hotel for 30 $ a night, which can help mitigate the taxi ride.

So what you're saying in your vast experience is that there are more girls in t Pattaya than there are in Bangkok, a city with 12 million population and hundreds of venues.

Tell us how many times you've been to both places over the past 30 years to make such a sweeping generalization.

I beg to differ from Banana Boi on the quality of Soi 6. Because there are some really non attractive girls working in GoGo bars. I mean really not lovely at all.

This is more to the oldies in the group, of which I am one. Spent many years in Asia and bounced around China / Vietnam / Philippines and lots of time in Indonesia especially Jakarta. Have spent my fair share of time in Bangkok & Phuket but never been to Pattaya. Have a flight into Bangkok in a couple of weeks, and was supposed to have my porn star freebie from Indonesia coming with me who is in to all sorts of kink, including proper 3 somes. However some bad timing means her husband (don't even ask) may be visiting her in Indonesia the same week, so I may be arriving in Bangkok with full balls and a need for a back-up plan.

Main question is. Is Pattaya actually worth the visit for a couple of days? Reading on here it seems a bit so-so. Looking online at the Instagram, Facebook accounts of various bars / clubs, there's nothing that really gets my juices going from Pattaya, the clubs / bars in Bangkok have far better looking ladies and way more options / entertainment areas. I've probably talked myself into just staying in Bangkok for 5 nights, but just asking a general question of those that may spend time in both. Pattaya, worth it or not?

P.S. - don't give a shit about beaches or site seeing, once you've seen one temple or big Buddha you've seen them all. I'll go to the gym if I get bored. Budget wise I'm not really worried, more in for a good time. Not interested in Russian's or anything like that, just into what I would say are good looking, fit ladies, probably in their mid-20's.

1000 Baht is a threesome in Jakarta. 2000 is an all nighter with a 7 or and 8.

Soi 6 is fun but I don't see it as a particularly cheap place any more.

Just got back from my second trip to Jakarta. Way cheaper, unspoiled girls without tats and fake boobs, most girls in the 19-22 age range, and 100% BBFS all for about about 1200 Baht. Including room and very generous tip. 1000 Baht is the base price for a threesome but add in a nice tip to get BBFS its still only 2000 Baht or so. And not a single girl will turn you down either, no matter where you are from. And they don't work for drinks although they will sit with you for a bit if you want before you take them to the room.

Been to Bangkok and planning to return. I see conflicting info regarding Pattaya. Prefer girl next door looks but wondering if the travel to there is worth it or just spend my entire time in BKK? Not sure I see the value in traveling there? Open to your feedback. I would like to see more of the country but also enjoy myself.

All I know is none of these girls Soi 6 pictured accepted my offer of 1300 upstairs ST +1 lady drink + room charge. That's even after I let them fondled my biceps after I flexed my arm for them. In fact, none of them even wanted 1500 or anything below 2000. A couple wanted much more than 2000. For me it's not as bad as people are making it out to be. Will you find a top end gogo girl there? Of course not but I've seen Soi 6 much worse than it's been these past few week. Are there lots of girls? Yes. Some bars mainly the Nightwish ones the girls are standing 3 deep so for guys who walk down Soi 6 bitching there are no girls do you actually walk in to every bar like I do? No idea how you guys see ALL the girls in a bar by doing a fly by. I have found some gems. One of the best ones I saw says she hides in the back since she doesn't want to be on YouTube.

Are they asking 3000 as been reported here? Hell no. I guess if you come across as someone who doesn't know the game then yes you will be quoted 3 k. Girls are asking 1500 with a couple wanting 2000 but once you give them a look it quickly comes down to 1500. If guys are waiting for a top end Soi 6 girl to grab them on the street and make gaga eyes with you Soi 6 has definitely changed in that regard. That stuff just doesn't happen any more. All I know is that I have exhausted all the tourist traps like WS, Soi 6, Nana, Cowboy etc. After awhile, it gets redundant and boring with the same game. Occasionally, I will venture those parts for a non alcoholic drink or two and to say "Hi" to old friends, guys and gals. The thrill isn't there anymore.

During lockdown, got brave and jumped online with the local market for girls. Ran the table there. And then just after COVID, I got even braver and stepped into the all Thai venues like 35 Dara. On a side note I notice that almost every single car driving down the Soi now has a GoPro or cell phone on their windshield. No idea why if you want to see Soi 6 girls just watch YouTube. Also notice a lot of cops driving down Soi 6 too. A few on foot too.

I am currently in pattaya. Have a travel plan for 4 days in Pattaya and 4 days in Bangkok. Yesterday I got down from the suvarnabhumi airport to Pattaya bus 8 central Pattaya but I didn't find any cheap shared transport to hotel. Some other people got into a song thaw taxi from the drop point I also shared the same the driver asked to 100 baht plus 50 baht if you have a luggage for each person but my hotel was very near 4 km only I thought that he is just taking advantage of not knowing cheap options for tourists. Please tell me how to get a shared transport easily in Pattaya at a cheaper cost. Felt like gettng scammed. Also what are some other affordable transport options.

LOL yea they forget to tell you that you'll pay a huge amount for a baht bus although you can probably grab a bolt taxi these days. On my first and last bus trip baht bus wanted 300 baht to flipper house hotel from pattaya klang stop, I walked. Now I call arrange a taxi from airport much easier little more expensive plus no waiting 30 to 60 minutes for bus.
