    Email notification issue

    Hi site admins.

    I have been a user of the site for couple of months. Thought of buying a subscription but the email notification does not work at all. I had tried all the solutions mentioned in the website, from using a different email, to contacting ISP to allow the IP address of ISG site. Using the email tester is also proving to be pointless.

    Can someone please genuinely help me in this regard? Will really be appreciated. Thanks!

    I sent the BTC for subscription many days ago; however despite repeated messages from the "Contact Us" page, with the transaction ID, I haven't heard anything back and my subscription isn't active. It says that the subscription should work within hours when you pay with BTC but this doesn't seem to be the case.

    It can take a while for the subscription to be activated. I also mailed in the fee in an envelope late last year. As I recall, I mailed it in sometime in November and my subscription was activated in early January. I wouldn't panic, it seems to take longer than three weeks.
