They will most likely just move further to the east or west or maybe back to that mayorista area of Itagui that was being discussed a cpl weeks ago.

The market they were operating is changing and 50-100 mil is better than 0 mil. It's not relevant how much they ask or have been getting, what's relevant how much they can get now.

I'm certainly not an expert on the park. But from what I could see. A ton of those girls were not getting action. I was there for a few hours and saw the same girls making laps. There were so many more girls than guys.

They are not going to arrest the girls and prostitution is not illegal so I think the girls will still be hanging around. More likely more of the girls will go online. So for guys who search for girls online, nothing really changes and there will be more girls available. As for girls in Poblado going to El Centro, that is not going to happen for most of these girls. They have established their market price and they aren't going to accept 40-50 mil. Not happening. This is wrong and you don't know the half of it. I can't take it you guys aren't being honest. I know a police officer in Medellin and he says they don't even report 1/20th of all the pedos getting caught. They are even setting up sting-like operations for people who use facebook now. The spot has been blown up. But guess what, passport bros will barely cancel any trip because they and all their 62-year-old white guy twice-divorced counterparts think they KNOW how to move better than everybody else. Idiots reading this post right now are thinking "awesome people are leaving so I'll be the only guy in a sea of women". It brings the "It will never happen to ME, I'll be extra careful" attitude until you find yourself talking to 3 police officers in your overpriced AirBnb with a girl who told you she was 18 but only to find out she just turned 17 and you are going to jail and your name is being published all over the news in the US. Life over! And who wants live in a city where you're always on edge because of the robberies or 20 something might put some thing in your drink while you're not looking. That stress is not worth it.

This place is bad right now, foreigners get robbed and drugged every day some having their entire life-savings wiped, and prices will go UP not down because Paisa culture is greedy! They don't think about getting more clients with less expensive rates, they are too selfish and dumb for that. They will raise prices to compensate. I've lived here for 7 years and I have never seen locals so furious. They are reporting gringos to the police now left and right. In my building, they've called the police on visitors 3 times in the last month. Locals are having neighborhood meetings about gringos, pedos and gentrification. And all of this happened because YouTubers convinced the whole world that Medellin is the only city in the world with beautiful women and good prices. I plan on traveling to a few of my other favorite cities OUTSIDE of Colombia (I'm not going to say where because you clowns will blow up the spot) where I can monger in peace and I'm moving out of the city by July. It is just too much, drugging, killings, and now the Mayor hiring an ENTIRE task force to catch gringos. No way man. The writing is on the wall. I don't think he is in Colombia. I read that the police released him and he immediately left the country. Of course, if they put him on Interpol, the places he can escape to are limited. My bet is that the Colombian authorities will not pursue him.

The real question is why did they release him and allow him to leave Colombia if they had in fact found him in his hotel room with two 12 and 13 year old girls?

Poblado girls can carry on charging what they charge and they will be able to do it in Poblado. They will have three hours less per night to do it but people are adaptable.

If they were to all go flood Centro then that would mean there would be more supply in El Centro as the girls from El Poblado return to work the Botero area. More Supply would mean lower prices. And if they are out there asking the same 250 mil or more then they wouldn't get any customers because the girls to the left and right of them will still be taking 40 mil or 50 mil. Also there are not as many foreigner mongers in Botero I'd say 95% of the clients are locals and only 5% are foreign and the locals aren't going to be paying 250 mil.

This should result in lower prices and more girls in El Centro.

The only way the Poblado girls will be able to continue to charge their bullshit prices will be if they go to seeking or other online venues or maybe in some of the clubs or Casas and that is if they can even get in. They may just end up going to some other city.

Is anyone else receiving an unusually high number of friend requests from ladies on Facebook? Within the past week, I've received numerous requests every day. They appear to be legitimate ladies with a history of posts and numerous photos. Usually, I may get one request a week and most are from people who just created a Facebook profile.

Not currently I'm not getting more friend requests than usual but in the past I have and usually if they have mutual friends in common with Me I will check them out and accept them. I've fucked a few even that have sent me request instead of me sending them request. It turns out just as they pop up under "people you may know" our profiles pop up to them too and if they are looking for new clientes and see your picture sometimes they'll send you a request. Facebook algorithms really help us to get laid LOL, it's a beautiful thing.

If you consider the decrees themselves rather than some of the (over) reactions on social media, Gustos and the like are being made to close 3 hours earlier than they now do. Also, as has been the case for years now, there will continue to be media friendly crackdown operations of rousting street girls and stop and frisk programs against them and punters. Does it seem realistic that whatever happens to the couple of hundred girls who run around Poblado could have a major impact on what goes on in the rest of a city of millions of people? Even if Poblado is the sum total of your Medellin experience, nothing new is being made illegal. Yes there will be heightened enforcement from time to time but that is not new either. It would be nice to see a crackdown on the roving pickpocket and stick up boy wolf packs but I'm not holding my breath.

Those big spenders and passport bros are probably scrambling right now with their upcoming trip to Medellin LOL. A huge percentage will be filtered out. Most likely cancelling their trips LOL. Only a select "few" who knows how to move will stay and continue to travel to Medellin. This will result in driving down the prices of girls tremendously as the demands gets lower. Airbnb's around those areas and hotels will have to lower their prices. 8's and 9's girls will have to relocate mostly online or start working back to strip clubs if they want to charge 250-400 k. Poblado girls got used to getting poblado prices only a few of them will go to El Centro and swallow the 50-70 k price range to compete with Centro girls. I'm guessing La isla and Fase dos will get a good roster of girls soon. Some may go to Massage spas like loutron and New life. Casas will get mostly these poblado girls, I'm assuming. A lot will migrate to Tinder and dating apps definitely. Good luck on Gusto's though lol. Whatever happens, these girls has to eat, pay rent and feed their kids. There's no way they are getting a regular job, while Fico will earn the respect of some locals with this movement. We just have to wait for what will happen in the upcoming months.
