I hope you didn't say that you wanted bring "prostitutes" to the apartment. All you need to say is if you can have guest. I think the issue in Medellin is that people are not being discreet. That's disrespectful and I can see why people get alarmed at foreign visitors.

I have a regular Airbnb and the host doesn't speak English well and my Spanish is not much better but the communication is translated. If you can find a way to talk to the women then it shouldn't be a problem getting what you need from the host.

The local media, especially the right wing like El Colombiano would have you believe foreigners in Medellin are perpetrating a modern day rape of Nanking. It's quite something. The coverage has always been exaggerated but lately it's been next level. Any of you who were here when that sicko killed his girlfiend in Bogota and put her in a suitcase he left in a dumpster will remember the 24/7 coverage that interrupted regular broadcasting. Colombians commit similar crimes most every day and it doesn't get anything near that kind of wall to wall coverage. There is normally a small blurb about the latest body found in a quebrada or the Medellin River. I'm not exaggerating when I say it happens several times a week.

And to be honest, compared to other countries, Thailand, Indonesia even Cambodia etc. There are NO Tourist and Foreigners in COL, its a super small ammount.

I think your advice is solid. It applies now and it applied months and years ago. The situation in Medellin in terms of the importance of not making a spectacle of yourself is unchanged. That has never been a good look.

The situation right now in Medellin is quite hot with the recent scandals so it's not as easy as before to get accommodations. My advice is to find a reasonable Airbnb that doesn't have a no guest policy explicitly written in the description. Then when you show up try to bring girls discretely. If it fails just book a hotel room when you are with a girl, there are options in Poblado, use the search function of the forum or better yet ask the girls in the Park which hotels are best and cheap.

It is silly to say that a girl is a true 8.5 to 10. As a number of people have said, one guy's 10 is another guy's 5. I know guys who only like slim petite girls so when you show them beautiful girls who are curvy, they say she is a 6. I know guys who like guys with large breasts or a big ass so when you show them girls who are slim and petite with small breasts and a flat ass, they are not interested and see those girls as 6 or 7's. As for the face of a girl, it is so subjective. Some says like the girls with a lot of make-up and think they are 9's and 10's with the make-up and when they see girls without a lot of makeup, they see them as 6's or 7's even though it could be the same girl. I have had so many disagreements with guys on the beauty of a particular girl but if they ask me about a girl who they think is very attractive, I just go along and say she is very attractive even though I don't think so.

Exactly, it's purely subjective and that is why the numbering system is stupid. Some like skinny spinners, some like dark skinned morenas and afrocolobianas, some like white more European looking chicas, some actually like bolt-on titties and fake bodies.

Everyone has their own opinion about what they like and it varies quite a bit.
