I am interested in hearing your opinion of why you think they are on beach road?

Yes, the reason is to go fuck strangers for money. Just like every other hooker in Pattaya. Just the pick up location and price is different. Once in the room its all the same.

Those girls are there for a reason. No lady wants to stand on the street for all to see. They would rather be in a bar or work freelance. It is more discreet for them. However, they can't work in the bars because customers complain too much about them. Secondly, they might be sick. Thirdly, they might be drug addicts and don't have the freedom to do it if they are working in bar. Next, they might be underage and can't work in a bar. Next, they can't go on Thai Friendly or Tinder because their accounts keep getting band for scamming guys. Finally, they plan to rob you so you won't have a bar to complain too or go back to for recourse or a Thai friendly account or line ID or phone number to use to identify them when you go to the cops. I could go on. The list is a mile long.

I have never had that problem. I am always greeted with offers to sit down. Further, I could care less what the girl drinks. I have never had a girl drink sugar water to pass off as tequila on the 6. I have smelled their drinks many times because they wanted me to know they were real. You must just have bad luck.

I totally agree but I do think the other tourist are afraid of their safety maybe some treats there way or maybe they don't want to come public to be enemy number one because Thailand is under some real heat with this. I stayed in Jomtien 2 weeks ago and the one way system on beach road makes getting about very difficult.

A temporary situation. Due to construction. Easily overcome if you take Bolt moto.

Interesting, if I was on vacation here in Pattaya I would chose to stay central Pattaya. The travel time annoys me. I do not recommend Jomtien to 1st time visitors. Come check it out. But stay in the heard of the action for your first trip.

In short. Jomtien is a MUCH better place to stay than Pattaya if you like a bit of quality in terms of surroundings.

Don't buy the BS about not being able to get back. Total and utter BS. Bolts run all night and will get you there if need be from Bukhao.

Daytime. Kineree by a mile. Freelancers. No pics on site. Mainly girls from agogo bars not having the best week wanting to earn extra by day.

Catflaps. Very upscale beautiful bar. Good atmosphere and action in public if that's your thing.

Kit Catz is ok. But only that. Situated in heart of Jomtien behind a great pool bar.

Passion. Hit and miss.

Pussy Galore. Miles out of town = beware Bell. Absolute 10/10 stunner. Until you find out she is LB!

Maggie Mays now in Jomtien. One or two decent girls but they all complain the club is too cold.

Venom. Ok nothing great.

I will never stay in downtown Pattaya again. Too dirty too busy, mad traffic, too loud. Stay in Jomtien. It's a gem and everything in Pattaya is available 10-15 minutes away.

Pros and cons. Convenience has a cost. If you want to drop some shopping bags off at your place, take a comfortable shit, or just go in to cool off a few minutes, 5 minutes round trip versus the over thirty for staying in Jomtien.

As far as cost of living, you definitely get more bang for your buck in Jomtien or the darkside, but if you are coming for holiday is a different animal. If I am going to New York City for holiday, would you recommend staying 20 minutes away in Hoboken, New Jersey because it is quieter and less busy?

Same as the airport taxi. You can go down to the first floor and get an official airport taxi for 2500 baht (gogo bar). You can email a service for somebody to wait on the second floor with your name on a sign for 1500 baht (Soi 6). You can do like me and go outside on the fourth floor and get one for 800 baht (Beach Road). Pick up locations and prices are different, but once inside the car it is all the same.

Some guys look at the bells and whistles that come with the more expensive examples and feel they are somehow getting a better end product. Big fancy desk where you get the official airport taxi. Big stage and fancy lights when you are in the gogo. Custom sign with your name on it when you get the taxi service. Chick to throw a few back with you when you are on Soi 6. Hop in the car and go when you are up on the fourth floor. Get straight down to fucking when you get a chick from Beach Road.

Well there has been discussion here in this thread as recently as yesterday about the bars on soi 6 requiring the girls to get a certain amount of lady drinks per day or else they get let go. Therefore is it unreasonable to conclude that bar girls who don't make the LD cuota on soi 6 may end up on beach road?

I'm not one for paying for inflated-priced lady drinks or overpriced short time hotel rooms. My plan is to find freelancers on Beach Road and bring them to my Airbnb for ST.

If you search on YouTube for "beach road Pattaya at night" there are a bunch of videos showing the working girls of beach road and not all of them are bad looking. In one video a guy with an Indian accent was even going up to them and asking "how much for ST / LT?" most girls replied 1000 baht for ST.

Some guys won't go with girls even if wearing a condom because they know they have barebacked many guys. That's why I mentioned either with or without a condom. Some guys actually believe when girls tell them they don't go with many customers or believe when they say they have only gone BB with them and no other customers. The point is that if you are paranoid about the ladies not using condoms with customers before you then Pattaya is not there place for you.

Most ladies go with Thai men, and don't use a condom. Many of the younger Thai men go with Farangs and don't use a condom.

I've read plenty of times that the girls at Classic are pretty much forced to work there. Main thing that's put me off trying Jakarta.

Its always a thin blurry line in all brothels all over the world. If the morality bothers you, best not go to third world countries to fuck prostitutes. Of course that will change nothing in their circumstances but would make you feel better. Or you could go and fuck them, don't abuse them and give them a nice tip. That would actually be helpful to them, at least for a short time. But up to you of course. Just a different way of thinking about it. As for Classic I know for sure its not 100% true for all girls but that doesn't mean there are no such cases either. And when you pick them from a line up you won't know which is which.
