I went to the original Maggie Mays the other night. It is pretty much the same every night, 5 or 6 customers will make the bar seem crowded, plenty of ladies sitting outside if you want company.

I see many ads now on twitter where prices for girls are 700-800 baht. Up to thousand. Its what the girls ask from thaimen.

I post some pictures here as proof of this. It shows what rip off schems that is going on in Pattaya these days.

There is a set of pictures of a gogo girl. She ask thaicustomers for 1000 baht then goes and work in a gogo bar. Is she asking 1000 baht in the gogo bar?

The other set of picture is a freelancer that also works with tourists. As you can see when I asked her in english the prices is 1500. But for thais its 800.

She investing for repeat Thai customers quoting 800. She knows the farang will be gone in a week or so and most likely he will not even be a repeat customer in that frame of time. The Thai customer might become a regular and a weekly one too.

Get 2-4 of them everyday and with a couple of dozens Thais, she has a steady income not far from 50 k / month without hunting too much. The occasional farang at 1500 will be a bonus a few times a week.

I wouldn't feel ripped off by paying 1500 vs. The 800. It's a trade business.

Found some more of my old haunts have maintained fairer prices. The strip of 7-8 bars from CBd to Pirates are all THB 1000 too.

I never did try the other places on that street, the ones that stand alone. Anyone got info on those?

As usual YMMV, but 500 are charged for a BJ at the bar counter / stools in pirates. Take the girl in the upper room and for a 1000 she will be more than willing to perform whatever you like. Especially if she is a 3-holer as the one I took yesterday. You seem to have had a long standing whinge about pricing, please forget the bitching rhetoric and explain exactly why you feel discriminated against.

So a provider chooses to price differently for different segments of their market. So what? That happens everywhere!

A better question you might ask yourself is why do they do that? Why do they discount or as you see it, increase pricing between segments?

Maybe the Thai segment is easier for them to handle, as in shorter duration, easier going, less demanding, I. E. No requests for DATY, kissing, multipop or a lengthy session.

Maybe it's just discounted for Thais because for these working ladies they are more comfortable, share a common language, and they can control a session.

Or perhaps it's because it's less risk of financial loss through fraud, or even the risk of physical injury through size (of cock), or even physical aggression or assault.

If you want to get local pricing, shop locally, or act like and be seen as an understanding local.

I can tell you know that being like a local is an approach that works.

I have a long standing aversion against prices in Pattaya being continusly raised to get more from foreigners. As I have said its not really what made Pattaya to begin with. There is a limit to how much more a tourist should pay compared to a local. And when its double or triple then that limit has been passed. I want to inform everyone what the local prices are so you know and don't cluelessly overpay. Haggle the price, don't just buy anything. SPecially now when there is little customers. I also think that asking high prices is doing nothing but making people go to other places, which is sad. I think everybody losses in the end. I don't have to pay the exact same price as thaimen but not triple the price. When 40 year olds or fat uglies in Bangkok are asking 2500-3000, then it is pretty messed up. Thaimen pay 3000 baht to supermodel-class girls.

Kissing DATY etc is aksed for by thaimen to. I have seen it at thai webpages. So this about others being more demanding is not true. DO you think a korean computer nerd is that demanding?

1. Palace of course in search of my "sometimes Red" bear friend. Not there. Pop 115 baht. Didn't stay long. There is a big sofa that I didn't notice yesterday up near the 1st stage. There is a sign on the table saying 10,000 baht VIP! I laughed when I saw it. If I knew any of the girls there tonight I would have had one take a photo of it for me. It's almost comedic. Who is paying 10,000 baht just to sit in an area that I would never normally sit in to begin with. At least put the sofa where stage 2 it at so you can see all 3 stages more easily. Line up on Sunday no where as good as on Saturday. Not that many girls.

2. Figured I'd go check out Skank agogo aka Windmill. On the way up I noticed Windmill 2 across the way. Never been so in I went. Made a loop then a waitress grabbed my hand and led me back for another circle. Another circle later she takes me upstairs. I get it there's more girls up there none too appealing. Back down we go for another loop. Then I spot 3 girls huddled in a corner and thought hey these girls don't look half bad for Windmill type girls. I picked one but regretted I didn't pick the other one instead. She plops herself down and has a really deep voice. Scared me at first but I was pretty sure Windmill 2 isn't hiring ladyboys. Miami? It looks really large on the outside but isn't so big inside. It has a single high center stage like in a theatre. You sit in really nice comfortable leather sofas all facing the center stage. Pop 125. Not many girls and not really my style but I'm glad I went. If you can find a girl in here you like this would be a great place to hang out.
