Sadly, one can only be sure after being with them. Based on stuff like the voice, size of nipples / areola, pussy getting naturally wet on foreplay / fingering, no scars around it, that typical smell of natural pussy, etc.

Just when I'd lost hope in Pune, it gave me an unforgettable gift.
