I'll summarize my post by just saying that Pattaya wasn't really my cup of tea. For others it will be though so to each their own. I'll explain why and maybe my circumstances will resonate with some and you can adjust your game plan as needed. Had 6 days in BKK and so decided to spend 2 of them down in Pattaya. First of:

Logistics: travelling from BKK to Pattaya was a breeze. Catch the BTS to the Ekkamai stop and the Ekkamai Bus station is right there. Loads of bus choices to get down to pattaya but I went with the larger blue coach (roong reangg or something like that) and the ticket was 131 baht. The sign at the window tells you what time bus you're buying your ticket for along with your seat number. Trip about 2 hours and took a grab from the north pattaya bus terminal to my hotel.

Hotel: Discovery beach hotel. Not sure why this isn't mentioned more. It's right next to Soi 6 and is nice enough with spacious, clean rooms. Closeness to soi 6 means that it's not close to walking street but just use the baht bus.

Getting around: baht bus for 10 baht on beach road to get you to walking street from soi 6 and also down to the soapies honey 2 and sabai Dee. The baht bus are those Ute type cars with a covered seating area in the back. The drivers will typically honk but you can also just raise your arm when you see one. They'll stop for you. Hop on the back and ride it. There's little buzzers in the back that you push when you want to get off and then you just walk up to the window and pay the 10 baht.

Walking street: If I would not have come from BKK before this I would probably be happy with walking street pattaya but the number of girls in the relatively small footprint of nana plaza BKK along with the quantity of young slim girls meant that I was ultimately disappointed with the gogos here. Windmill girls were poor, however after buying the only one I found somewhat cute, a 22 year old with beautiful natural tits a drink and then commencing to stick my tongue down her throat I did leave somewhat happy but not someone I would want to go st with. Visited a couple other gogos (palace and one other I don't recall name) the quality wasn't as amazing as what I was hoping for. Girls were still cute but I felt the nana plaza gogos just had more girls that were more my type. But as mentioned it may be fine for you and again a girl in palace I also had my tongue down her throat but I wanted to ST or LT one of the tiny girls I saw on Soi 6 so ultimately I didn't Barfine any of them.

Soi6: I wanted to like soi6 I really did. I've been checking YouTube videos and thinking about this place forever so to finally be there was amazing. I found the girls cute. There's a mix of all sizes and ages. My preference is the tiny, slim short ones and there were plenty there. But then there's the hassle part of soi6. I found that all I had to do was literally look at a girl and she'the be over grabbing, pulling, almost wrestling me in. After 1 or 2 times it's kind of fun but then for it to happen consistently the whole entire street just becomes tiring. Like seriously just let me look. I wanted to just walk down the street and choose a few girls to come back to but I realized that this was not going to be that easy. I eventually settled on one who also when I looked at her ran over to me and hugged me but for this one it was okay as I wanted to go sit with her anyways. But then it became annoying again because that bright, bubbly, smily girl suddenly changed to a solemn, down and out girl once I bought her a drink and she started to tell me about how she needs money for her kid, and blah blah blah. So after the drink I end it but I do swap WhatsApp info. I eventually settled on one cute slim girl from avarice but again in trying to get to her I had to battle my way through 2 overweight girls of which one just planted herself with us so I felt obligated to buy both the tiny, slim one and the bigger girl a drink. Anyways, first world problems I get it as the drinks are cheap but it was just a lot of hassle.

The next day I was hoping to get some action at the soapies. So at about 4 pm I checked out Sabai Dee and Honey 2 as they are right next to each other and easy to get to on the baht bus from the discovery hotel. I was disappointed. In both places I found the girls to just be older and relatively thick. No slim, young ones there at all. I couldn't even figure out why the 2 girls that were in the higher priced "model" class were even considered hot. At most they were pushing mid 30's with not the greatest bodies but again there were plenty of guys in there that seemed to be good with it so to each their own.

After walking back down soi 6 and breathing in a massive amount of that sewer smell that's right on the corner of the road and then being wrestled by 2 not my type girls I just kind of had enough. I found BKK to be easier and just as plentiful without the hassle so I checked out early and caught the bus back to BKK and banged a tiny little thing from Mango Massage. I think I need to come back to PAttaya but I need to be better prepped for the hassle that comes with it.

A couple of reasons for ladies over 35 to come to Pattaya:

Factories in Thailand don't like to employ women over 35. So, once a woman hits that magic age, her job is on thin ice. Once fired, she heads for Pattaya.

Starting a few years back, large numbers of young bar girls married old Farangs, and lived them to death. In many cases, the old Farang's estate was penniless, leaving the now old bar girl with a house, but not much more. So, she goes to work in Pattaya.

Why do thousands and thousands of girls work in the bars and only a few dozen patrol beach road at night? The answer for all you Pattaya experts out there is quite simple, its the "customer".

The thousands and thousands of girls that work in the bars are from other places and came solo to work in bars. Many even live in the bars where they work.

Most Beach Road girls are from Pattaya and have other jobs and family to go home to. You will see a lot of Beach Road girls with a motorbike parked across the street. You are not going to see many bargirls with motorbikes.

Yes you should reconsider. Pattaya dead, busted full of 40+ girls overweight and ugly. Look at the tourist numbers and tell me how many agree or disagree.

The deterioration of Pattaya is for real. It can not be hidden. People are not going to travel across the world to have sex witha 45-year old overweight lady. Thats just insane. The current Pattaya does not really hold up and have drifted far from were it once was.

You can go there and find reasonable prices and ok quality, but its not like it used to be. Bar areas were not fully staffed with 40+ lades or overweight women 10-15 yars ago.

If you go to the very earliest pages in this topic, 20 years ago, you will find posts complaining about the state of Pattaya in 2005: "it's not as good as it was in the Old Days".

Pattaya hasn't changed, *you* have changed. The first time you came to Pattaya, you were impressed by the number of young ladies. The next time you came, you were a little pickier. Shampoo, rinse, repeat. And now you are looking for pearls among the swine.

Absolutely agree. Guys going to a place like Pattaya or Jakarta for a week or 3 and think they know more than I do. They even recommend me places to go like I've never been multiple times.

$14 for ST is wild. You can't even get a meal for that much in the states anymore.

My biggest problem with Thailand is my love for Latinas. The Thai women are great and give very good GFE and are a pleasure, but at the end of the day, the Latinas of South America and Mexico will always reign supreme. What blows me away is there are just so many venues and options in Pattaya and Bangkok. Walking down Soi 6 for the first time or walking into Nana Plaza is mongering on Steroids.

For guys in their 50's and up: Can probably still hit Soi 6 up, but hunting the beer bars is where I would imagine you will have the most success. Some of the beer bar girls aren't bad, just have to weed through and find the gems. Tree Town would probably be the best hunting spot for this group.

I am in this age category. I completely disagree with your advice. But this is your first time to Thailand. That means that you don't know what you don't know.

I did not see a mention of a single Gentleman's Club or Blow Job Bar / Club. In your report. I am not going to speculate as to why, but I am pleased to inform you that in my opinion those are quality venues for girls that are just a "a little older". There are many posts about the various Gentleman's Clubs about town. I have made some of them.

Beach Road: I wouldn't recommend anyone to pull a girl from beach road just to save a bar fine. Maybe 1 out of 10 girls on beach road even look decent enough to fuck, but these girls are probably the girls with STDS who can't get work in the bar or maybe tend to be shady and steal from customers. Personally with so many safer options in Pattaya, I would skip beach road all together.

The part that I emphasized in bold: is that your opinion? If so let me provide some information so during your next visit to Thailand you can have a more informed opinion. I have found the girls of Beach Road to be some of the most stringent at requiring the use of condoms. No cum in mouth, no cum in face, maybe cum on the body. That has not been the case with girls I find from other sources here in Pattaya. About half will take it bare as normal service in the price quote or ask for 500 - 1000 more. Half! Many more than that offer to let me splooge in their mouf. I would say only about a quarter are "condom only, no cum in my mouth" girls. I don't make unsolicited recommendations to other men about how to spend their money or who to fuck.
