Yes and I do not blame him. It's the trust and faith factor between the client and Handler. Always have gone by his recommendation and only one time in the past I chose a 1. 4 M chick but he had clarified in advance with reference to her rate. Just got my E-Visa in 10 min after a bit of a hiccup. If you have one of those new passport with a privacy protection film on the photo page, just know, while taking picture of it to upload, glare will distort the image quality to a degree that uploading process will reject it. Only way around is to take a black and white picture then upload unless you have access to one of those high end photo scanners but you would have to reduce the file size.

Also, just to confirm, if your country is eligible to E-visa, you will have access to e-gate at immigration. It should say at the bottom of the e-visa page.
