Best to talk to the manager at the hotel counter before booking the hotel. They are aware of all this. Or change hotels every 1-2 days Alternate try Airbnb and ensure to book only that does not have the owner residing in the same society.

I recently stayed at hotels in the Mahipalpur area and observed all 2-3 star hotels ask to check-in together if you book for double occupancy. I searched various hotels and almost all of the hotels were very peculiar about this condition.

Even the forum famous Zenith created a ruckus when I brought a girl at night and since there were policemen roaming in the area I immediately booked the adjacent hotel and checked-in together with the girl. I am not sure how's the situation in 5-star hotels in the area.
