As far as I know Google Lense (which is a function of the Google Translate App) is for using the camera of the phone to take a picture of something written (a restaurant menu for example) in another language / script (Such as Thai, Japanese, Mandarin, etc) and Google lense then translates the foreign text in the picture into English and overlays it on top of the original text. It has become quite here in Thailand where I currently am. However Google Lense is not capable of reading a QR code. For that he needs to use a QR code scanner such as the one I had mentioned in my previous post.

Google Lens doesn't only translate text. It can read / scan QR codes.

So it's my first time in Indonesia and wanted to get some advice; what are my best options. Depends on what is your goal and what you are looking for and who you get!

If you are after ONS with regular Tinder or any social media girls with no money exchange terms, probably not much of luck as Indo girls do tend to look for younger / less age gaps.

In Padang cuisine people eat with their hands. By the way, do hotels like Hyatt, Meridien, Shangri-La ... still offer superb buffets at give-away prices like they did in the first decade of the century?

In Jakarta the mamasan calls the shots. If the mamasan doesn't care about age gaps, chances are the girl doesn't care either.

Really? If only that were true. Living in TH I find Thai girls to care a hell of a lot about age gaps these days. Many girls on ThaiFriendly make in clear upfront they don't want older men (screenshot below). Note there's no reason why indonesian girls should be much different. However in many Indonesian venues girls may seldom be able to afford rejecting older customers. In our hobby this matters more than the frame of mind of today's teenage generation. And yes, this may be one more reason to ignore the online market when mongering in Indonesia.
