1. I was denied entry at Pin-Up and XS Gogo Bars. At both places, the guards said "members only, 5000 THB fee". Granted I am very brown and obese, I think I was dressed fine. I visited the Walking Street alone, so I did not seem like one of those creepy Indian groups either.

WOW! I've seen the security guard put up 5 fingers to the Indians at those places. But I though it was 500 baht, not 5000 baht. I guess that would make sense. Those places are packed, and I generally don't see Indians there (I don't really like those bars because you have to sit cheek-to-cheek; but you do have the best talent there). 500 baht is not that big of a cover charge. I usually see mainly East Asians and White Westerners at those bars.

How long do they stay usually?

There is no usual. They stay what you negotiate. I pretty much only do Long Time which starts at night and goes through morning. Did have a chick come during the day the other day for 1000 though. She stayed at least 3 hours. Girl last night came over at 11 pm and left this morning at 11 am. 1200 baht.

I thought I should share my retrospective. Be warned, it might feel a bit like a rant about the Indian experience in Pattaya.

1. I was denied entry at Pin-Up and XS Gogo Bars. At both places, the guards said "members only, 5000 THB fee". Granted I am very brown and obese, I think I was dressed fine. I visited the Walking Street alone, so I did not seem like one of those creepy Indian groups either. Before entering a bar, I confirm LD and BF prices. Maybe that made them think I am a stereotypical Cheap Charlie from India. I was willing to spend good money but not just for the privilege to enter the damned bar. I tried to communicate the same by offering to buy drinks for security guards at both the bars. At XS, I even opened my wallet to show them the cash I have on me. That only prompted them to reduce the "membership fee" to 3000 THB "just for me". I left after hearing that. Maybe a little more convincing would have worked? Whatever. It was a little frustrating to be expected to just throw a lot of money away to prove I can spend as much as Koreans and Americans. Why not have a cover charge system instead? More than happy to guarantee spending 5 k THB on LDs and BFs but I would still be a little worried about bill padding or excessive LD requests from staff when paying a big amount upfront. Any thoughts on this from fellow Indians / non-Indians?

2. Onto the other two Gogo bars I did BF from. I will not name them for privacy; apparently Indians very rarely visit Gogo bars. The first bar asked for 500 THB "membership fee". That was much more reasonable than the 5000 THB demand from other bars. I handed the guard the cash. He said something along the lines of, "just buy me a drink", so I did not end up paying the 500 THB fee after all. Just paid for my drink and a guard's drink to enter. At the second bar, I was not stopped at entrance at all. I offered the guard a drink anyway. He was very happy. I offered a drink each to two waitresses. They paid special attention to my requests.

3. As expected Soi 6 is much more value for money. Of course here as well, the experience is not as good as it is for Americans and Koreans. Those dudes (regardless of age, weight, etc.) were getting a lot more attention from the pretty ladies. Two ladies refused my offer to buy them drinks. It was a little upsetting in the moment but I did not brood over it. In retrospect, I am very happy these ladies had the agency to refuse my advances if they did not feel like being with me. Soon enough, I found a pretty lady who agreed to get a drink with me. Lots of kissing and groping inside the bar. We went upstairs for ST. It was fun. I regret not LTing her. I spent 2500 and 3000 baht all in (my drink, LD, BF and lady's fee) for the two times. Much better value for money than Walking Street. Sure, Gogo bars will have higher concentration of "more desirable" ladies but Soi 6 has so many ladies, you will very likely find someone you like and for much cheaper.

4. No luck on TF with subscription. First question I ask is if the lady freelances. Most did not respond. Some that did never messaged again.

I had a few questions as well (I have RTFF):

1. One lady from Soi 6 I barfined the previous day sent me angry Line texts after she spotted me heading to another bar on the street. This happened even though I told her during our first interaction that I am butterfly. Could I have prevented her being (fake?) upset? Not sure what her expectation was.

2. A lot of the ladies I bought a drink asked if I have a girlfriend. Are they asking about my previous barfining history? Or if I have a girlfriend back home? Or something else? I remember reading somewhere that Pattaya's entertainment industry is built around GFE but in this forum, I see lots of people here not sticking around with one lady. Am I missing something?

3. Do I need do something more to get better response on TF? My profile only had one face-to-waist photo. Is that enough? How long do you all spend messaging ladies on TF? It sure felt like a lot of work to do.

A couple things soi 6 isn't that bad there are still plenty of attractive girls that will go with you for 1500 baht plus 400 for the room so 1900. As Mr E always says and I have started doing it myself you don't have to buy a drink for the chick or yourself. All the girls are on the street trying to get you inside if you like one simply ask to go to the room. Honestly I don't get the hate on the price regarding soil 6 especially since the guy criticizing the price is staying he bar fines from gogos which is triple the price when you take drinks into account.

With that said if you don't find value on the six go to soil honey massage places or the bars there I'm not sure how much those girls charge might be the same price. If the bars are to expensive then do tinder Thai friendly etc. One thing that guys here rarely mention is the clubs the same chick's in bars are in the clubs you don't have to pay a bar fine or there drinks do that.

Are there only "Russian" girls there? I've been with well over 50 "Russian" girls before and tbh can count on both hands the number that stood out for me. Let's just say they aren't as good as their "European" counterparts like Czech, Hungarian, Polish, etc.

If you’re looking for an endless supply of Russians, the answer is Dubai. Russians are absolutely as good as their Europeans counterparts if you know where to find them. Dubai also has Ukrainians, Belarusians, Polish, and the "stan" countries and central Asian countries (Kazahstan, Kyrgystan, etc). But you have to have money. The equivalent of 10,000 baht only gets you 1 hour with a Russian in Dubai (go to a club called Red Square and Czar).

I've had "Russians" in Thailand before back around 2016 (Mixx disco, dont know if Russian FLs are still there today) and they were never good. I had done my research before visiting Pattaya for the first time in August this year, and the three Indian clubs I was recommended to visit by my friends were Nashaa, Jannat & Tony.

Sceptic and even a little apprehensive as I didn't want to run into Indians on foreign soil (LOL), I went to Nashaa on the third day of my stay. 5 minutes in, I found myself feeling comfortable, listening & dancing to familiar Panjabi & other Indian music, the girls seemed to be enjoying the company of Indians and most of them were singing along to Indian songs! It was a welcome sight compared to the GoGo bars in Nana Plaza Bangkok closing the front door curtains at the sight of fellow Indians, and the sole reason I didn't spend a single penny there!

Anyway back to Nashaa. Believe you me when I tell you that the pot-bellied Indian uncles and all other Indians as a matter of fact who come there, have deep pockets and are ready to splurge. One of the Uzbeki chicks that was being hit on by the entire club that night was finally taken home by an Indian uncle who pulled a stack of Thai Baht notes from his pocket and asked her to name the price! 10 k THB it was, and the gentleman didn't bat an eyelid before taking her out from the club. Just so you know, I had to buy her two shots (150 THB each) and she also asked to pick up some food along the way back to hotel ( 200-300 THB).

I guess the all Indian crowd in these Indian clubs and the Indian music might be overwhelming for many of my non-Indian friends, but rest assured you'll have a good time there.

Fuck, why does it seam like everyone lives in the mother fucking Glory Days? Things change. Online game is poping off. Other in person venues are also. As opposed to telling people what to, I suggest that if they are hung up on Soi 6 pricing models or they cannot seem to find girls they find attractive in beer bars that they look to other markets. Now learning a different language, that requires time and brain work and not everyone will be up to it. For me it was like having the keys to the kingdom handed to me. Along with being able to travel to any number of Spanish speaking countries and communicate. To me it is a better use of time than writing endless complaints here about the price of pussy in Pattaya. Au contraire. It was definitely that price level that made Patters what it was. Soi 6 was magnificent before "the group" took over and converted all the bars into open air loud monstrosities. ST on premise was 500 Baht and they were amazingly cute girls. GoGos were 1 k ST and 1500 LT, no arguing. FLs in Marine 1 k. And these were not 40 year olds. This hell true from 1999 when I started going to patters till the early 10's.

Agree absolutely. Soi 6 was fantastic when I used to go there in the early 2000's. Basically a Soi lined by bars operating on the same model as the Gentleman's Clubs of today. Closed doors, air con, relaxed atmosphere, no pressure for drinks, and full of cute, young ladies all ready for fun in the bar or to go upstairs for 500 Baht. I stopped going to Pattaya years ago, but from what I read here, there are still plenty of alternative options for a good time, but Soi 6 certainly isn't one of them any more.
