I haven't attempted exactly what you're trying to do (in Japan at least), but here are some thoughts based on my limited experience:

I'm sure it's possible to get an incall escort from a delivery health service -- deriheru -- to a hotel close to the airport, but it could be difficult without Japanese language skills and / or someone recommending a specific service. Unless maybe your hotel concierge can help? There is a town called Narita which has plenty of sushi and ramen places, I just don't know about adult entertainment options. Looking at a map, the closest sizable city looks like Chiba City, which is about 35 minutes from Narita on the Narita Express, the same train you would take if you were going into Tokyo. I googled "soapland chiba Japan" and got several useful results.

Apparently Chiba City has an entertainment district not too far from the train station with around 150 adult businesses, including around 40 soaplands, some of which will accept foreigners. You can look at the google results yourself, they include a map which shows the cluster of soaplands and its proximity to the train station. Just looking on google maps and searching for "sushi" there are many results in the train station area, some of them rated over 4 stars. I'm sure you could find a good one. Ditto ramen or whatever else you might want.

Of course you could skip Chiba City and stay on the Narita Express and ride it all the way into Tokyo, with stops at Tokya Main Station, on the east side of town, and Shibuya / Shinjuku, major entertainment districts. Of course there are a ton of options for fun in Tokyo, but it all might seem overwhelming as a first time visitor, maybe jet-lagged, and on a tight schedule. The schedule would be especially tight if you were going to try to go into Tokyo, have fun, and get back to the Narita area the same night. As opposed to Chiba City, you could spend the night there and just catch the Narita Express back to the airport in the morning or make a shorter trip back to a hotel even closer to Narita.

So, something close to the airport vs Chiba City vs Tokyo, you do have options, it just depends on how much time you're willing to spend on transportation and how much of an adventure you want to have.

There are a lot of kinds of women and strategies so no way to answer your question. In Okubo Park it was mostly Japanese, so I would not speak English with them. But in other cities I saw many Thai women and they did speak English. If you are just starting out, maybe in this example the thai women are a good start. You cannot expect to leapfrog to the final result without any Japanese ability, but your own experiences will help you again in the future.

This hobby is not beginner friendly, but I have left breadcrumbs on how I did it. My first trip to Japan I had 3 months of Japanese so maybe 90% of shops refused me. But oppai pubs let me in. I can't vouch for any particular shop but some are familiar and this is not too different from the Japanese list. But still limited. I see very few of my favorite shops, or at least I have to scroll very long since there are so many shops and the new ones are probably paying to be first on the list.

There is always a catch with specialty shops. Like the first link now is BBW. They specialize in mega huge tits. If all you really care about is humongous tits and the face and the rest can be just whatever, then sure. There's almost no catch, you'll get it. But most people understand that's her asset and not to expect a lot for the rest. Though there are always minimum standards and girls will at least look decent if not good. Fun in Tokyo region
If you want a cheap and easy soapland to try out that is foreigner friendly with no gaijin tax, Kira Kira in Yokohama is a good start. They have rule sheets in Japanese, English, Korean, Chinese. There are much more expensive options all around Tokyo.

Walking around busy parts of Japan after 6pm, you are going to see girls holding up signs. You can see in the first photo below 3 girls with signs listing the price hanging on their necks. Like they were puppies on sale. That's hot. It shows it's a 3000 yen "special entry rate" for a girl's bar / pub. If I had to pick two girls, I would pick the girl on the right twice. Just saying.

At Kirakira Yokohama soapland (FS), the rates are 50 minutes for 18000 yen ($125), 70 minutes for 26000 ($181), which is on the cheaper side for Japan but not far off. Girls range from mid-20's to mid-30's, decent but not like the jgirls we get by a significant gap. The hottest girl there wouldn't even qualify in the US, even though you'd be happy and she'd worship you like a King. Soapland service is good, but not quite kgirl good. Walking around busy parts of Japan after 6pm, you are going to see girls holding up signs. You can see in the first photo below 3 girls with signs listing the price hanging on their necks. 1. The girls have been good overall but as I said, both looks and service are better for NY J-girls.
