Appreciate it and I understand that these things are very much a YMMV type situation unless there's a specific escort that constantly gets great reviews from well known board members. Even then you might catch her on an off day but still much better chance percentage wise.

After doing some research here as well as looking into some of the recommendations posted, it appears to be more expensive for full service there than when I'm in Vancouver with well reviewed foreigner friendly Japanese girls. Might just put my focus on a good meal and waiting the extra half day before I'm back in Thailand getting drained for a fraction of the price. Okay I'm a senior member and know enough to read the threads before asking questions. I admit Japan is a little more confusing then the rest of SE Asia Think I have basics.

Understand the soaplands. Also understand foreigner bias and sticking to foreigner friendly venues. Which really means for me some soaplands, some delivery, and street girls -- aka tachinbo.

Couple questions:

1. Are most hotels in Shinjuko near Kabuchicho girl friendly if register for two people? What hotels in this area are recommended? JP gave me his on recent trip (granbell) but its booked. Needs to be a decent nice hotel; not a love hotel shithole.

2. From looking at videos of tachinbo (I'm assuming they're in Kabuchicho in videos), some of these girls seem pretty hot. I can see myself partaking. My questions:

A. Many seem to have men standing nearby. Look like middlemen. Is that the norm for street hookers? Are these guys okay to deal with? I doubt I'd have a lot of tolerance dealing with them. What's procedure for negotiation?

Be. Is it like Brazil where you have to be very specific about services upfront, or Thailand where you just agree price, bring them to hotel and they're pretty much up for anything (maybe with a little more cash)?

I haven't attempted exactly what you're trying to do (in Japan at least), but here are some thoughts based on my limited experience:

I'm sure it's possible to get an incall escort from a delivery health service -- deriheru -- to a hotel close to the airport, but it could be difficult without Japanese language skills and / or someone recommending a specific service. Unless maybe your hotel concierge can help? There is a town called Narita which has plenty of sushi and ramen places, I just don't know about adult entertainment options. Looking at a map, the closest sizable city looks like Chiba City, which is about 35 minutes from Narita on the Narita Express, the same train you would take if you were going into Tokyo. I googled "soapland chiba Japan" and got several useful results.

Apparently Chiba City has an entertainment district not too far from the train station with around 150 adult businesses, including around 40 soaplands, some of which will accept foreigners. You can look at the google results yourself, they include a map which shows the cluster of soaplands and its proximity to the train station. Of course there are hotels near the train station too -- I noticed an APA Hotel Chiba Station Square on the map. Here are a few of the links which could be helpful:

So, something close to the airport vs Chiba City vs Tokyo, you do have options, it just depends on how much time you're willing to spend on transportation and how much of an adventure you want to have.

There are buses that take you straight to the hotel from either airport.

Traffic might be a bit crap depending on the time of day. Personally I prefer the train, especially if you need to be back at the airport for check-in etc.

Flight lands around 5 pm and I fly out following day at 10:30 am. Thinking best option for this short of time might be to just book an airport hotel or in an area that's close and get a nice escort over? There are a lot of kinds of women and strategies so no way to answer your question. In Okubo Park it was mostly Japanese, so I would not speak English with them. But in other cities I saw many Thai women and they did speak English. If you are just starting out, maybe in this example the thai women are a good start. You cannot expect to leapfrog to the final result without any Japanese ability, but your own experiences will help you again in the future.

This hobby is not beginner friendly, but I have left breadcrumbs on how I did it. My first trip to Japan I had 3 months of Japanese so maybe 90% of shops refused me. But oppai pubs let me in. A later trip I was able to get into fetish clubs, but I spoke more Japanese, was very respectful in manner and appearance, I seemed safe, and clearly was able to follow instructions and not cause trouble. So I cannot just help anyone get in, not everyone should be let in. They were taking a chance on me.

Girls bars also let me in with about 1-2 years Japanese, even though hostess clubs did not. I lucked out with some very cute girls, I still remember some after 20 years. I also got into Hadaka no Ousama of all places, again a fetish club. One advantage of soapland is a place like Kira Kira is relatively foreigner friendly with minimal Japanese. Versus delivery health where in additional to Japanese you need to do some legwork, appointment, and coordination. But again, once you do something the first time it becomes easy future times.

This particular list is at least somewhat foreigner friendly, with a lower range of minimum Japanese expected. I can't vouch for any particular shop but some are familiar and this is not too different from the Japanese list. But still limited. I see very few of my favorite shops, or at least I have to scroll very long since there are so many shops and the new ones are probably paying to be first on the list.

There is always a catch with specialty shops. Like the first link now is BBW. They specialize in mega huge tits. If all you really care about is humongous tits and the face and the rest can be just whatever, then sure. There's almost no catch, you'll get it. But most people understand that's her asset and not to expect a lot for the rest. Though there are always minimum standards and girls will at least look decent if not good. Check out their girls photos for an idea. I don't judge, do your thing.

There are other sites that specialize in schoolgirls or cosplay. Usually they will pick girls that suit the outfit and style. But once clothes come off she is probably just a normal petite girl. Nothing wrong with that, I have had some good experiences there but let's be realistic. The shop is upfront about what it specializes in, they are not promising a stunner or super young girl. Everyone wants something a little different. Are you looking for FS or sampling something unique? Japan has a lot of different levels of play. I'll try to summarize them below. My hope is to visit Japan again May 2025 but not confirmed yet.

Shop types
Maid cafe = No alcohol. Girls in costumes come and call you master and serve you curry and other simple dishes, etc. You can pay for a polaroid with them and play other games and activities. There are many variants based on them, often based on the type of costume. But the basic idea is the same. Very tame.

Hadaka no Ousama translates to "Emperor with no clothes" or "The naked King". The Ousama game in Japanese culture means one person is king and everyone does what they say (like Simon says). Except in this case the King has to be naked. Ask the girls to suck you in alphabetical order, or point and gesture if your Japanese is limited. Issue official proclamations as King. Okay I was young at the time and it was a phase.
