There's only one Scotiabank ATM in Sosua, outside Super Polo, since they closed their only Sosua bank branch.

Totally unreliable, as it is seldom in service.

Best bet is always the Populair.

I never had a problem with Scotiabank ATM in Cabarete, but that is attached to the bank branch there.

I can concur with Oakie's experience at the Super Pola Scotia bank machine, in fact there are 2 or 3 other bank ATM machines there and my luck with them always been poor. Best bet for sure is Banco Popular ATM just past Bailees restaurant.

Sabor is adios and a good time was had. Alternated with the two Milfs and even went to POP to meet up with one. She met me at the bus station and off we went in her scooter. She took me to a place called Maimon and the seafood was off the hook! The massage place as NR was asking is about 800 RP for the half hour. I went everyday. This place has been in business since Jimmy DR who recommended a few years ago. Never banged the midget.

Was in Sosua the weekend of September 20th, was very slow yes there were Chicas, but I didn't see anything interesting, I had my main Chica stay with me the entire trip, but I can say the place looked dull, the most Chica I saw the entire trip was at the casino Friday night a lot of them came out but otherwise the strip was quiet.

I used it as a last resort when Banco Popular was broken, machines at the big Playero had no cash.

Another (YMMV) tip: for some cards, ScotiaBank does not charge withdrawal fees AND a great rate but you have to go to Cabarete or Puerto Plata for it. But not sure which cards, so don't try it unless you are at those locations and just want to check it out, as some other folks said they did get charged for it. If you do, please report back folks!

I had a bad experience at La Nacional in Puerto Plata old town, where it debited money and then said tech error. Took almost a month to get money back via my bank.

Offered a great forex rate and the fee was only 150 DOP. Might have changed now, after 3 months.

Thats unfortunate what happened to you at La Nacional in PP. I just used that ATM machine about 2 weeks ago. Noticed that the machine was brand new. I was able to withdraw 60 k pesos total. 3 transactions of 20 k pesos each. 150 pesos per withdrawal. No issues or errors.

The only issue I had, is that the machine would not let me make a fourth 20 k withdrawal, like I've done in the past. Three 20 k transactions was their limit. In the past, I made as many as four 30 k withdrawals on their ATM machine with no ATM fee. That was not guaranteed. Sometimes I got away with two 30 k withdrawals, and the machine would only allow me to continue with a lower withdrawal amount. Like 20 k.

For Dulce Secreto it may be about 700 pesos to 900 pesos for about 3 hrs.

I'll try to pass through, and get an update. I haven't used DS in over 8 yrs. Last time it was about 600 pesos for the room without a jacuzzi. You don't want the jacuzzi, it takes too long to fill, and you may have to clean it before you get to use it.

LOL. I haven't been there in a long time but I would also advise no Jacuzzi. I would not think about it without swamping it out with Lysol.

Going to update this post 1145 pm almost 0 dark thirty last night.

PC and DR rosen plenty of chicas mongers and cops chasing chicas its a new sport cuffing and stuffing chicas in to police trucks, not to worries too many hungry chicas there just too many of them the cops can't keep up with the flow of hungry chicas, there also busting guys and locals on ATVS, strolled by Anton reef hotel witnessed a stop by the cops grabbed the guy for speeding, the guy on the ATV flagged down a friend to borrow a $100 , ! Guess is to pay off the cops. Synopsis there's just too many chicas trying to earn a few pesos, Sure it may be slow during the week day but thurs Fri. Sat Sunday, plenty of chicas out at night, I'm going to say come the three weeks before Xmass the cops and powers to be will slack off on the heavy patrols, you can't kill the thirst for Dominican and Haitian pussy, carry on sirs, Side note after my stroll I was trying to get back to my hotel chica would not leave me alone begging me to take her and grabbing the goods I was smart only had the key to the hotel and luckily my cell phone in a zipped pocket, chica was decent looking, I declined, as I already had my repeat in the hotel room chilling!

Your opinion of TMBTS is duly noted. For me, it was never important how many people posted on a particular site. For me, it was about the value of the content that was shared. Dozens,hundreds and even thousands of people on just about any social media platform read and lurk without posting. I don't judge the value of a site by how many people post there. I judge a site by it's content and it's interface. TMBTS only covered a fraction of the volume of content that ISG covers. Mainly because much of the content on that site was dedicated to Sosua. The layout and interface of the site was pretty good. Because they had sections and sub sections for members to post in.

Plus members could create topics, place them in the appropriate section or subsection. If somebody was looking for something specific, or updated information, very often that info was a few clicks away. I've been an ISG member way before TMBTS was around. But I will say this, TMBTS's interface had a decent user-friendly interface. I experienced less beefing, and less censorship on that site, when I was inclined to address ignorance coming from a few members.

I was writing figuratively & metaphorically when I used the term "the cousin mongering website to ISG". Most people should know both sites have been in existence for years. And that they don't have any business affiliation with each other. They are related metaphorically only because they are both mongering websites. Each having sections dedicated to Sosua.
