Not sure what trend you observed or what phenomenon you observed but on first look, those pages look like fake ads / way too high in cost. For SA, use redvelvet or ESA. Someone mentioned a few posts below the sites they use in SA. Same ones you should use, too.

Never been to Uganda, but from what I've heard, Kenya has everything Uganda has to offer and more. It's just that Uganda is cheaper.

But about Jo'burg, it's not to say you won't have a good time. The girls there are very down to have fun but they definitely can be more money hungry. Nairobi babes are more into having fun.
