I'd say you're lucky that you got to BBFS with a chick on day one. Granted, it's easy to find in Bangkok, but I'm too chicken shit to even try it. Though Baphomet knows I've been tempted. Forget about what everybody's saying here. Just bask in the knowledge that you got to bareback a babe. It takes courage to go bareback with a chick. A kind of mentality I wish I had. Get tested FIRST! There are more and more multi resistant strains for almost every STD and with the advice here (while not complete wrong for certain STD) you do contribute to this. And yes I do have real medical expertise. And for all sake DO NOT TAKE A RANDOM ANTIBIOTIC AND CONTINUE FUCKING AROUND.

An STD would not show it's ugly head till about day 8-10. My experience is that it's 'sometimes' the humidity. When living in Bali I used too take a hair dryer to to my 'junk' and used talcum powder.

PCR28 test looks to be THB 8750, same day. Doctor will likely have a good idea on what STD, if any, is the likely culprit in the OP's case.

Wow. BBFS Anal with a LB. You live on the edge don't you? But to your question, 2000 MG Azith will mostly do the job for most bacterial infections. Or a week or so of Doxycycline 100 MG per day. Now if you caught an HIV virus, unless you did a PEP protocol within 72 hours you are out of luck my friend.
