Hi Thampi Sir. Right question to wrong person with reference to spas in NCR. I have zero idea about spas in NCR; just read it like you do. Except one spa, have not been to any place. As far as travelling from Gurgaon to Noida is concerned, does not make any sense as Gurgaon will fulfill all your carnal desires. Traffic you know in peak hours from one location to another in minimum 2 hours; so if you have the energy and strength please go ahead. At least, I do not have. Of course, if you are here in Noida on a official or personal visit; you can but especially from there only for a particular spa; I wouldn't recommend. I do not even know where Gold Souk is located. Perhaps, a few other experts of these 2 NCR's may be in a better position to revert to your query.
