I said it before in general pertaining to Thailand! The people and culture is very racist they get something in their head " hearsay " they run and expand on it.

From my own experience and conversation with Thais even before Covid and the volume today here in Pattaya. Thais profile but they never look in the mirror and see what they are doing is wrong nor do they admit because they aren't much different than those they discriminate.

Prior to Covid, I like to people watch I used to stand in front Happy GoGo long walking path to their club, there use to be a hangout for Freelancers. Watching Indians walk back and forth these then were the traditional who dress in their culture manner. It was entertaining how they went about things girls use to turn make faces and throw out a few barbs to the other girls. I once heard a regular who use to stand there each night thinking I was Thai, say " he wanted to pay 500 baht, I might as well go back being a motorbike taxi LOL.

I seen a number of well dress Indians alone or with another get turn away at Happy or Bacarra where I was standing and they were dress well can see they had money well traveled outside of India in the West. Years back a Brit friend of mines from England who I have coffee when he was here introduced me to a friend of his Indian guy with a British Accent and had money at least he threw it around told me even him had problems entering. He took me to some high end club in Jomtien where girls were asking 20,000 baht to be honest they seem okay But 20,000.

I wonder at times and I'm not one to see anyone throw money around to be accepted so paying a 1000 to a door man, or overpaying just to be accepted is not me but to each his own. I've helped a few get into Bacarra in the past after making small conversation with them realizing if I was on the phone I wouldn't be able to tell. I do certain things to test my theory here.

From my experience with locals and talking to papasan and mamasan of Bacarra prior to Covid this is basically their remarks. The generalize told how to recognize them even if they dress well they pretty much pin pointed my British friend nice dress shirt, black pants, black socks and dress shoes. I'm thinking well I've seen guys from the West dress like that but the skin the look steroetype you can't hide.

I had a former co-worker he was a India from Britian met his son a number of times he visited once I met up had dinner with him and I ask you have any problems he just looked at me and said why?

He indicated he never gave it a second thought didn't have any problems to be honest if I didn't know him saw him on a Soi.

Would think he is Indian, the give away was this not saying a Indian should try it but he being mid twenties had on clothes like any American kid, Nike type shorts, shirt, hat, he could have passed for being Mexican or Latin?

Remember majority of these GoGo's aren't owned by Thais, the Thai doormen aren't taking it on their own to not allow India in, Clubs more than half on WS, are owned by foreigners!

In my opinion, if you are able to get into the AGOGO in the first place then the only reason that you cannot compete:

when Japanese and Korean guys are present, the rest of us have problems competing with them too.

Thanks for the suggestions. Followed the first one rigorously last time I went to Pattaya, though I must admit I am not a very good looking guy. When I walked up to the entrance of Pin Up and XS, I offered drinks to guards. That did not work. I will try just tipping them next time I am in Pattaya. If that does not work, as you said, fuck them. Plenty of cute ladies in Pattaya.

Yea I did that at the two Gogo bars that did let me enter. Staff at both places seemed a little surprised seeing me buy LDs / barfining. Indeed, heavy is the burden of the legacy my fellow countrymen left me.

Sorry to hear this bro but you have the right attitude when you say fuck them. When Japanese and Korean guys are present, the rest of us have problems competing with them too. Their views on Indian men will change but the change will come slowly. The good news is you have so many other options.

I'm confused.

Do indian s on average Dress bad and Smell Stinky.

That is the stereo type the girls have. They have experienced as follows:

1. Cheap or stingy.

2. Rudeness.

3. Smelly.

How do I know? I've been told this and I also have experienced it as well in my business. On the other hand, I know and have friends who are Indian and they can buy and sell me 100 times over. They dress nice, don't stink and are generous. Alas this is the stereo type and that's why the previous poster can't get into Pin Up or XS. Because of this ridiculous stereotype. I have seen TF profiles say very clearly: "no Indian".

Therefore, the Indian guys that do not fall into this category are discriminated against because of their fellow countrymen. For Christ sake, there are Indian clubs now on walking street in Pattaya where money is thrown around left right and centre by the guys and the girls go there because of it. I hope this will end this ridiculous stereotype because it’s not right.

If there are no seats left for them because the Indian groups are taking up all the seats and not spending, the club would go out of business pretty fast , as big spenders could not find a seat. Then there are their other concerns. Impoliteness and cleanliness. Yes, unfortunately, some of your countrymen have these and other bad habits and it ruins it for the rest of you. The girls have heard too many bad stereotypes, so the girls may not be responsive at first until they get to know you. Pin Up and XS have huge overheads and the girls working there work there because they have been told they can make big money. It's all connected.

Therefore, I suggest you to do as follows:

It's not the same approach as XS, Pin Up, Chick, and Opium who replicate the same concept, the same menu, the same prices, the same music, the same Line Up circulation. I love these gogos. But I wonder if practicing the same concept isn't ultimately quite boring.

By extension, I would dare say that it's also the same flaw as Soi 6 with NightWish. Notwithstanding the quality of the girls of course.

But then bar and mamasan managers should be able to let girls give their Line if they want to meet customers outside of bar hours. Why don't they? They need to get another business plan or everyone will go to Thaifriendly.

My ATF is worth more than her weight in gold. She is has given me insights into how to operated in Pattya specifically and Thailand off of the tourist economy. She also saves me a lot of money while dramatically increasing my quality of life here. I know what will happen too. The 28th will come and he will randomly post he is there waiting without a prior confirmation that he will even be there. Little does he know that I will be there regardless and when I se his post, I will be posting photos of the bar without him inside. He will be nowhere near Pattaya on the 28th.
