Visited Thermae in September first week on a Friday night around 9 PM. Saw more than 100 girls and it look like market of girls. Every 2 minutes girls with punters are going to the love hotel upstairs. It wasa feast to the eyes. Do this crowd will be on weekdays too? Even if it is in a less number? Visiting Bangkok and Pattaya next week for three days. Expecting a moderate crowd in Thermae on Monday.

Inspite of fully booking flight, Airlines manage to squeeze my last minutes booking due to my Very Frequent flyers membership card but flight will be landed late afternoon, this is only for 4 days 3 nights short stay in BKK and wanting to make the best out of it! With my old age, a marathon of 3 straight days for at least 2 pops per day will be a torture to my self but instinct keep wanting me to make the most out of three days. Here is my plan:

1) Day 1 visit the nuru massage, even though they allowed 2 shots but will only try 1 , reserve one for evening. In the evening will find some girls in either Thermae or Soi Cowboy.

2) Day 2 afternoon visit in nuru massage or if not booking an outcall overnight with one of the girl from Nuru massage parlors.

3) Day 3 , legitimate massage to recuperate some energy and then Nuru massage in the evening. No overnight LT plan.

4) Day 4, as my flight is late afternoon, if my energy permit, perhaps a 2 hrs session in the Nuru massages parlor.

Perhaps you guys may notice why mostly I concentrate with Nuru massages? Well, thru out all these travels to BKK, I don't have much luck for finding girls in gogos bars. Even at Thermae, May be due to most Japanese are the focus of all these bars girls, due to they pay over the market prices!

Anyone wish to provide some better itinerary than above? You are most welcome!

I avoid most items and just go for the eggs and any other protein. Everybody knows that you need close to 100 g protein while keeping calories down to a limit. Mine is 2500-2700 a day. This is how I keep my lean shape. Holiday Inn also has muesli. I grab some on the way out with my own container and fill it with yogurt, granola, and milk to make my own overnight oats. Drop in some chocolate whey for an extra 25 grams protein and fiber. Delicious, only 650 calories, and almost free (paid for the whey) myself.

Just returned from a short trip to Bangkok, and have a little feedback. (Sorry I'm struggling with formatting as I copied / pasted from another application and it sucked the formatting out).

Soi Cowboy: Lots of good agogo bars here. Lots of fun. For short money you can get a hottie to sit with you and play with your cock, and of course barfine her for more. There were some cool girls I really enjoyed talking to, and the best weren't pushing for anything but an occasional drink (and they would drink slower than most girls, not going 'cheers' on the same schedule and not drinking a full 1/3 of their drink each time.) The busiest place was Crazy House, and it wasn't worth it. There were some very hot girls, but it was jammed and it was hard to find a place to sit especially with a girl. It was so tight I had a girl drinking with someone right next to me and occasionally grabbing my dick because it was right there and she was almost sitting on my lap to hang out with him. (Not sure who you were dude but that girl knew what she was about with her left hand).

Nana: Nana needs more than one paragraph.

I had read that Nana wasn't really worth it, and if you went don't go anywhere but Billboard. That's, in my opinion, not how it currently is.

Billboard: Don't bother. Yes there are plenty of girls, and many of them are very good looking. If you are into the girls with lots of surgical enhancements then ok go here. It's so packed, on a rainy Wednesday night, that there wasn't a place to sit and guys were standing looking for a place to plant themselves. Back in Bkk in March. Two years ago stayed at JW. Most of my mongering was online FLs and some street hookers outside Nana. Never did get into Nana as I was busy with a lot of tourist stuff, thai boxing training and a civilian honey I met on Tinder.

Last year I stayed at Westin Sheraton next to terminal 21. Again mostly online FLs + thermae kept me pretty busy. I require BBFS as prerequisite BTW. This trip I won't have as much time to cultivate the online FL scene. So plan more P4 P more with Gogos, street hookers and wade into the massage scene during day.

So question is where to stay -- JW or Westin? Problem is they're too far away to make Soi Cowboy and Nana both a possibility. The draw last year was Thermae but it was sometimes a hassle convincing those girls to do BBFS although there was a lot of variety.

Maybe better question is which is better Nana or Soi Cowboy for fun and accommodating gogo girls? Which area has better street scene? And besides Wood Bar (Nana area) and Thermae (Soi see area) which has better beer bars or other venues for pickup?
