1. Market rate for a personal assitant depending on the city.

2. You might drop a subtle hint during the interview. I know girls usually play coy even if they fully understand but most are quite perceptive in these matters.

4. This is a complex one: Most girls get jobs for the financial freedom that a steady paycheck provides. They wouldn't want to jeopardize that. This is also why you never want to make it a firm requirement. She can choose to spend time with you privately and get rewarded with very light work and other perks. If she isn't getting the hint after a month or two, she gets replaced. Sure, you lose couple months pay but this can be treated as the cost of finding the right person.

To be honest, I am actually not sure it's worth the hassle. This might be an interesting arrangement for someone who needs an assistant anyway, and I kinda do. The mechanism of salary payment is also not clear. That is why I would like to hear from someone who has done this before.

So most of the girls working thr are not allowed to leave until around 4-5 am. And by the time they will leave. Its too late for them. They need to be home before daylight, I guess!

Still you can try them get their number which they will easily give and then ask them to meet you next day.

All the spa in sector 104 are smelly except Blue Terra.

Kora Day is ok. But not so clean. Jenisa is decent. Get a Medium thin towel from decathlon in case you don't want to use their towel.

Azalea at sector 75 is closeby and newly renovated. They charge 1500 for one hour but it is good. You can chose girls from line up. You have to negotiate 3 K for FS, but they will try for 4 K.

Second FR from me for my last visit to Delhi.

Ankita is well known on these forums, going back quite a few years.

Outcall to my hotel.

Rates, as before, I'd rather not say. As a tourist I will always be charged a little more. I don't think this spoils things for resident Indian mongers as its just a fact that girls expect a little more from NRIs.

There are pics of her around on the forum. As with all Indian girls the pictures are filtered and in reality she is darker than the pics, though this doesn't really bother me as I'm surrounded by white girls where I live.

Face 5/10.
