1. In tier 2/3 cities that's really low LOL. Like in Pune average salary is 20 k / month and since the actual work is all fluff & bogus, the work load will be light anyway.

2. So you screen the applicants to ensure you're only interviewing young hot female applicants? And then what hints do you drop? Like saying she'll have to join you every week for dinner? And at the third dinner you try to hold her hands?

3. Yeah honestly you can give her any bullshit things to research to psyop her into thinking that it's a real job LOL, it doesn't really matter, does it?

4. I like this idea. So the strategy is to screen strictly, drop hints, and gradually escalate over a few weeks to see how she responds? If she's not reciprocating she gets terminated.

Honestly if you can build a strong system to screen applicants you can find great long term sugar babies this way. What's wrong with that if it's good VFM? If your budget is 1 lakh per month and you've got 5 girls on your speed dial that will give you GFE, what could be better than that?
