I visited Siebal Avenue, Sereace, on the 4th floor. It's a very clean place with AC, though there are offices downstairs and plenty of CCTV cameras. I chose to avoid Priya after learning she has STD (got to know from a NGO friend of mine, they are doing regular health checks in MPs) . I received basic service, and a 5 k tip was requested, which I provided. Unfortunately, the service provided by the girl named Hansi was very poor. While the place itself is good, it's best to avoid Priya.

I was looking through new MP's on this Hela ads and came through this ad saying Luxury spa at Boralegamuwa. So called this place and they didn't answer, after some time that lady called me back. It is famous Ginza spa (although I have read many reports about it in ISG I never tried it).

I asked them about services they provided and whether they provide B2 B and FS. They said they don't and but they have another apartment in Boralesgamuwa Maharagama road and they provide both. I was near by and decided to try that. That road is next to famous Crown Salon and that lady guided me to the apartment.

It is a good hideout with some parking space, and newly made building. They had clean rooms and AC and clean bathrooms with hot water. They provide B2 B for 10 k and B2 B + FS for 12 k. So selected FS option.
